The SG (Sturmgewehr / Assault Rifle) 550 was designed as a modern, modular infantry rifle meant to replace the Swiss Armys aging Stgw 57 Battle Rifles. The newer modernized rifle will feature modularity in a single platform to provide the appropriate equipment from Special Forces needs all the way to a General Issue Infantry weapon. Other features include vastly reduced weight as well as being chambered in the common NATO 5.56x45mm cartridge.

"This is the most accurate airsoft gun I own. It's also the cheapest one. I'm capable of 1 inch groupings at 10 yards with it while all of my gbb pistols are about 3 inches. It has a fairly heavy double action only trigger (obviously) but it's smooth enough to not be an issue. I haven't counted exactly how many shots you get per CO2 cartridge, but I'd guess 200 conservatively. I liked the accuracy of this gun so much that I bought a second one for my buddy just to keep our shooting competitions fair. If target shooting is what you do, you can't go wrong with this SP2022 NBB. Also worth noting that after a few thousand rounds it got dirty and it's rather difficult to disassemble. 9.5/10 would (and did) buy again.
