Colt's Model 1908 Vest Pocket .25 ACP pistol (or Model N as it was referred to internally by the Colt factory) is perhaps one of the more interesting Colt models to collect. It was manufactured from 1908 until just after WWII, with the last pistol being shipped in 1948. Throughout production, there were a significant number of standard production and factory embellished variations of this model. Due to its size and small caliber, there is a relatively high survival rate of Vest Pocket .25s in better than average condition.

Until World War II, the Colt 1908 Vest Pocket was Colt's fifth most popular model. It was only outperformed by the 1903 .32 ACP and Model of 1911 U.S. Army .45 ACP automatic pistols and the Official Police and Police Positive Special revolvers, four models for which there were large military contracts and police orders.

"I bought the 2 pack. After watching a video how to disassemble it, I ordered an up-powered spring (stock spring has a rate of about 3 pounds per inch of compression, so I ordered a spring rated for 6) for it and I fire .20g BBs at around 100 fps. With the power upped, .12g BBs climb, so match the weight to the power if you plan on modifying it. I plan on upping the spring one more time to a spring rate of about 9 or 10, but I personally won't go higher than that, since the chamber and plunger are plastic.

Aside from that, I flushed the base of the handle to a table so it was stable and unmoving, then fired it for all 15 rounds, and hit the same spot on my target at about 30-40 feet every shot. Super accurate, but the iron sights are TINY, almost nonexistent, so don't expect to be able to use the sights in a fire fight. Still looking around for a good solution to carrying this on the field in a way that is easy to draw. Maybe attaching Velcro to it to stick to my vest. Not sure, but my pocket is too deep to carry it in there and expect to draw it.

mostly a super fun plinker, but if you can up-power it enough, maybe you can get a few laughs on the field. I did, and it was a totally fun day. Extra points for the fun rating.

"I bought so many overpriced toy guns on aliexpress and they weren't worth anything.

You can feel the quality in these guns. They're amazing and extremely precise. I even bought a tokyo marui python pcc custom revolver and it still didn't shoot as straight as this gun.

The trigger is extremely smooth, and spring just sounds like its well-built.

This should be the standard of quality for every single airsoft gun.

"Bought a 2-pack.
In case it's not obvious, you cycle the slide to cock it each time you fire.

Pros
-extra mag
-shoots harder than I expected with lite BBs
-working safety!
-cheeeeep paid $9 for each
-fun, looks cool enough, you can never have too many airsofts

Cons
-LoL, yeah
-What were you expecting?
-Really? That's weird. Anyway...
-mag can get bumped out a little if you ham-fist it
-don't think I'll take the orange tip off because I'll end up breaking the gun
