"FE Version
This replica is beautiful outside and in. No wobble anywhere except very minor in the stock (it's a buffer tube, it will wobble a little). Honestly, it's a very good price for what is offered, and since Arcturus isn't MAP protected as of writing, I got the replica for even cheaper, ~350$, and it outshines most everything else in its price bracket. I was shooting accurately at 250 feet with .30s with light wind.
Pros:
Externally built like a hammer
Great internals
AK Rotary Hop Up
ETU is cheap and great at what it does for the most part
Quick change spring
Comes with accurate AK12 muzzle brake, easy to remove orange tip
Realistic weight (can be a con, AKs are heavy)
Very short trigger pull, especially for an AK. You can spam the trigger with an 11.1v
Cons:
Cramped battery space (not Arcturus' fault, it's how the AK12 is built) I use the Titan power 11.1 1000 mAh battery, fits with some fiddling
My replica came with the barrel a quarter inch to the right, had to pay for a tech to fix it because I do NOT trust myself to fix the gun myself
The ETU will sometimes shoot twice on semi, and the ETU does 3 round burst instead of automatic on option 2 for firing modes

"(Fyi this is my to go gun)
This gun is a little of the heavier side of other competing AEG but it certainly does feel like a monster to shoot
You really cant go wrong with this gun as it is full metal and only the grip and stock and smaller pieces around the gun is polymer but the build quality is on point, and from experience it definitely catches eyes tho I use this AK more as an RPK with a bi pod and drum mag
In my eyes this is a 5/5 starter AEG "If you have the money and luck to acquire one" and if you do manage to snatch one you definitely wont regret it

"As other reviewers have previously stated: This thing is a beast! Best out of the box, mid-price aeg that you can get for the money. The build quality is awesome, the shot consistency is on point and the accuracy out of the box is just phenomenal. The microswitch trigger is just *chef's kiss* crispy and adds just a tad bit of feedback on every shot. ROF is nothing to write home about, but is fine. It comes with two magazines, and they are really good. The folding stock is sturdy and feels quite nice on the shoulder. The hop up is good and shoots lasers with .20s without any pressure. Just even a small amount of hop will make your bb's fly to the sky, so be careful.
This is my very first "serious" aeg, and let me tell ya, I'm not disappointed, not even a bit. It has its flaws, just as the real steel version, the top part of the handguard is not really as secure as you may want it to be, so no lasers and sights there. The lower rail is really small, way too small to fit an angled grip, but any zenitco-type grips fit just well. The rear irons are bad, like a real pain to use if you wear any type of mouth protection and the front sight gets in the way of low profile optics, so get a raiser.
Other than that, be aware that if you get the standard version, you might get the updated one with a deans plug. Also, the gun really loves to lock up if you have a speedy trigger finger on semi, but flip the selector to full auto and you are good to go.
Overall I give it a 10/10. Be mindful that it being a Russian weapon, what you see is what you get. No fancy ambi selector switches, no skeletonized furniture, and no additional bells and whistles. Don't gut it when you first get it, Arcturus did a great work with the internals on this beauty that you don't really have to upgrade anything besides the motor.

"I bought one second hand, and I have to say I'm more than impressed.
Quick pros and cons
Pros:
- Full metal receiver (very durable)
- Easy to use extended selector switch
- Comfortable grip and stock
- Durable, Adjustable and foldable buttstock (easy to fold and unfold)
- Comes with black metal muzzle break (can be removed to reveal threads)
- Uses Deans connector
- Comes with mid cap and high cap mag
- Sturdy dustcover with pic rails
Cons:
- A bit heavy (can be a pro if you like realistic feeling to your gun)
- Sling attachment is a bit odd (not really like standard AK slings nor modern single point slings)
- Battery compart is small and a pain in the ass (I got used to it after a while)
- Takedown pin for dustcover is a bit loose (I wrapped a cloth around it to keep it from coming loose)
- Trigger isn't the best and isn't super fast when firing (note I have the standard model not the MOSFET)
- Handguard is a bit wobbly due to takedown pin also holding the handguard in place (but the handguard doesn't fall off)
Aside from some of the quirks of the AK-12 itself, this is an amazing gun for the price, and it's much better than the stuff LCT makes.
100% recommend for someone looking for a tactical AK at a mid range price.,

"Threaded 14mm negative* sorry had my directions backwards

"All previous reviews were pretty accurate. Yes the battery compartment is rather small compared to other AEGs but thats a AK for ya. Only reason why Im reviewing is to add information that was lacking about barrel thread direction. Its threaded 14mm Positive.

"Out of the box, 2 magazines, the real black muzzle used for the Ak-12 to replace the mandated orange tip, barrel threads, adjustable & foldable stock, MOSFET, super easy access to the hop-up... I could go on and on, It shoots about 380 FPS for me with .28g BBs with excellent magazines to feed. Beautiful high-end gun that I would definitely recommend to anyone.

"Lets start this off with getting a few things out of the way. in case you don't want to read the entire review I'm gunna sum this up right here. Please Please PLEASE get this over the LCT ak12. if you want to know why read further. For a star there are some "quirks" that this gun has, not quite issues a but some things that can be a very minor annoyance. For a starter the battery compartment, can have some issues with fitting a larger battery inside, stick to a stick type battery ( or any battery that is long and not wide). sometimes after some down time, you will need to switch the fire mode selector around or the gun will not immediately fire but this is incredibly hard to recreate and is very rare. last "quirk" I can't tell if its the gun or the Texas heat but the grip can get very warm in a situation of extended combat. Now with all of these out of the way there are too many things good to mention in one review but just know, this is the best AK style rifle i have ever had the pleasure of using, and this is coming from a guy who only uses Aks. in conclusion, 9999999/10 Arcturus knocked it outta the park here.

"everything is perfect, except it's super difficult to fit 11.1v lipos under the dust cover or inside gas tube. so far the only battery i found that can fit easily is the Matrix High Performance 7.4V Stick Type.

"This AK is amazing!!! Used it in CQB very small field and it performed very well. Between games I could not keep people from pawing it. The gun looks so good but performed even better. I personally don't like the rear sight but I was running a tracer unit . Only down side is getting a battery that fits well in the top cover. This gun is worth the money.

"It's seems to be very good gun.
I wish I could able to upgrade it to 700 fps

"Very, very good AEG. Far superior to the outdated internals of the LCT replica. Only compliant is the completely buggered pin design. It's never worked for me once and I ended up designing and 3d printing a new one.

"I love this gun. My one and only complaint is the battery compartment is extremely small,
