"I would start off by saying this handgun is good. A couple years ago I wanted a better airsoft sidearm, until then I just had springers.
I didn't have a lot of money so the idea of a rechargeable battery and not consumable gas or CO2 really appealed to me.

Since then I have owned several CO2 guns and several green gas guns. I can say with good confidence that this handgun particularly is limited to a very specific philosophy of use. The range is decent, the FPS is not good. The bbs do go far (relatively) and they do fly straight but they take forever doing it.
I carried it as a sidearm at my local field and very quickly abandoned it, just because my holster seemed to release the magazine by itself and I ended up losing it a couple times. Compared to a gas pistol it is almost useless on an outside field. You typically won't be within range for it to be practical. However, this gun is still very practical and a CQB / indoor field. My friend who's been playing a lot longer than I have owns two of them and he would put tracer units on them and Sprint through the indoor field course absolutely destroying people with the dually fully automatic.

I also shouldn't forget to mention how much fun they are for backyard plinking and skirmishes, I have a lot of younger siblings and it was always one of their favorite airsoft guns to use.

PROS: for the type of product you're getting, it is very well made and very affordable.

It does shoot very straight in the hop-up works very well.

It has good fire rate, but if you put a 11.4 v lipo in it it can hit 30 rps(which is absolutely ridiculous 😂)

It doesn't cost gas or CO2

CONS: it lacks the necessary fps to be practical over an open space.

I've had to fix one or two malfunctioning magazines.

The wiring isn't that strong, but if you're careful it should last you just fine.

The mag release is very sensitive, I sanded mine down so it takes more to activate.

IN SUMMERY
I settled with this gun because I couldn't really afford a gas-powered gun at the time. It doesn't really compete against gas powered pistols so if you're debating on gas versus electric, I would say it depends on where you play most. If you play on an indoor field I would say "buy the electric one"
If you're playing on an outdoor field or more competitive backyard skirmishes (not the ones against your siblings) I would recommend buying a decent gas pistol.
If you're looking for something interesting to add to your collection it is definitely worth trying. Hope this helps somebody.

"This AEP blew my expectations out of the water. For the price, it's hands down one of the best on the market. Fits in a standard Glock holster which is great since the CYMA AEP does not. I bought this AEP specifically as a side-arm to my LMG and Shotgun . I didn't like having to throw out co2 after every game and gas is nearly useless in the winter. This gun is so much more reliable than any gas pistol I've owned. So this was an excellent alternative. The only exception being that the FPS is low, but that's not a bad compromise seeing that I barely use my sidearm anyway. I highly recommend this. It wont break the bank either. Batteries are cheap, mags are cheap and accessories are cheap!

"I got this and the Cyma 18c they are probably the same gun but I’m not sure if it but this one shoots a little better but the battery wears out a little into but faster I do love th fact I can attach my tracer but they do have a 15$ kit for the Cyma 18c to also add a rail system and 14mm negative so for the price you save on the 18c you could technically run a tracer cuz it’s a tad cheaper we’ll king story short I like this one I love the 18c and yes all aep magazines are interchangeable thanks evike I love them both and now am trying to upgrade the internals because I want to play with these and yes as of now they shoot the 200fps and accurately I’m amazed

"Got it in a BOA. I never would have considered an AEP but this thing has changed my mind. Shoots really good and accurate. I know when I switch to my sidearm that’s it’s gonna fire and not have a gas leak or some unpredictable problem we’ve all had with GBB pistols. You’d think the lower FPS would be a issue but I don’t feel like it’s very slow and hits targets quite well all around. It’s no sniper obviously but now I have a use for my .20 bbs I’ve gotten in some gun boxes. This thing can easily hop .25 but I think I want a littler more velocity within.20 for now. Description says 7.2 NIMh but mine was a 7.4 with a balance port charger so…. Yeah that’s interesting. Battery fits fine once you figure out that You wanna tuck the wires in first to the other side under the barrel then the battery fits good. I think this pistol will change your mind too. Get it!

"Nice weight great out of the box once you adjust the hop up. Would like to an owners manual with it but was able to figure it out for the most part.

"Out of the box, there is a noticeable upgrade in quality compared to the $95 CYMA already on the market.
It should be noted that this is mainly just a body upgrade from the CYMA since it still has the same internals as the other.

- PROS compared to the CM.131:
- Much better build quality externally
- In my opinion, it is a much better, more snappy, trigger.
- 14mm CCW threads are already on the slide!!!
- Much slimmer slide, which means it can fit in already existing cheap Glock holsters, compared to the CM.131

- CONS compared to the CM.131:
- Only con is that it feels a bit lighter, but it could just be me.
- Battery that was included kinda sucks and has a tight fit

Overall, probably the best AEP on the market right now. It's just a much-needed external upgrade of an already good AEP.

"Great gun until the plastic pin that holds the hop up together broke.

"It is a good pistol, the battery is hard to find in the general market.

"Overall, gun is decent. It’s nothing like an eag but that’s expected. The trigger is not that good but it works. I would love to replace my one and only magazine that I lost but the mag I’d need is out of stock, on Evike and amazon. Currently the gun is a paper wait.
