"Have had this gun since its release and have had no issues with it. I own a kwa t10 and a qrf, performance of the Ava is relatively the same but just lighter in weight because of the polymer body. Changed bucking along with inner barrel and it shoots amazing. I have had no issues running an 11.1 lipo. Purchase the acetech batty extension, it makes life easier. Magazines seem to always sell out quickly so pick up some extra ones as soon as they are in stock.

"This gun is great I have had it for probably nearly a year and its an eye catcher for sure feels great in construction good all around. I do have some caveats though.
1. The motor went out Idk if it was fluke or what but it did.
2. They say it can use 11.1v but it can't without a mosfet
3. mine is upgraded to the gills including a Titan 2 which means its hard for me to say that its perfect out of the box.
It's really good out of the box but it shines with the expected upgrades what's great is its a drop in for a titan 2 but you can only put a titan 2 in not an aster or anything else so you have to shell out some money. structure wise it feels amazing the polymer frame is actually really sturdy but light without feeling cheap.

"This thing is a BEAST...
So this is my second KWA. I own the EVE - 4 which is basically the samething however instead of MP5 style mags it uses M4. Same barrel length and everything just the mag. I've also been through many airsoft guns just trying to find "the one" and this it.
This monster falls nothing short of a amazing. The numbers don't lie either considering FPS. RoF is insane, what you get in the box is awesome as well, tools to adjust the FPS (which is lovely depending on your field and fairly easy access just don't forget your tool) pictany rail to fit over already M-Lok rail that if you need it does include.
Pros -
solid construction, nothing wiggles, nice and tight all the way around.
RoF and FPS are decent
Comfortable and not too heavy, not too light, ergonomic and comfortable to use.
Mags that come with have never miss fed and are durable.
price to perfomance and what you get. Just can't beat it, no many companies give what you get when you buy an airsoft gun.
The gun itself is durable and can take a beating. (Keep reading to see why) I use to always swear to "it has to metal or full metal" (considering the frame of the gun) but after using this, I've completely turned 180.
Pictany rail attachment, tools to adjust fps and break the gun down, QD sling attachment, and foregrip. Throw a sight/scope on there or flashlight or laser and thats it.
Kind of wierd one but i don't mind the orange tip/muzzle. Most if not all people want it removed however the tip is actually aluminum or some metal. So if you do need to have it or want it on there, its not made of some cheap plastic that will break off anytime soon. I remove mine for purpose of running a mock suppressor but it's a nice feature in consideration to the right person.
Gun go BRRRT. Cannot stress the RoF and the consistency and accuracy of every shot.
Cons -
It was kind of hard to really find anything wrong with gun itself other than just inconveniences but nothing actually genuinely wrong with operation, handling, or construction of the gun.
Mags seem to be proprietary at least for the AVA - 4, EVE - 4 seems to be a little forgiving but do not accept all mags. More of a complaint for this gun exclusively but a small price to pay for a beautiful gun.
A yellow magazine. Why? The gun itself is not really exclusive other than just the magazine. But if you want a yellow magazine here it is.
Battery compartment in the stock is rather small so choose your battery carefully. (However please note that there is a company that does make extensions that are on evike's website for roughly $20 USD.) In fairness I feel that KWA should offer this an optional accessory including with the other accessories to give options and consider the user. The gun is a SMG like gun, and through my experience this just typical with smgs having wierd or small locations for the battery.
Overall the gun is a LITERAL BEAST. I Have abused my EVE - 4, from dropping it, playing through a torrential downpour for hours with this, mag dump after mag dump in less than a minute and expect nothing less from the AVA - 4. I've put mine through its paces and would highly recommend this or the EVE - 4 as beginner gun or an avid player to the sport and would also highly recommend that for new player to buy the kit just for the battery fit for the gun, a charger, bbs (5000 0.25g), battery pouch to safely store the batteries, a speed loader which all together what you already get with gun is THE PERFECT starter setup.
11/10, would buy again.

"I thought the gun was very very good and consistent.
My only issue is the mags when I purchased this gun they were out and its been 2 months and they are still out of mags on every site I've looked. The mags also dont feed the best but that might just be the one i got with the guns fault.
Overall really good gun.
