The Soileater Belt Mounted Tourniquet Holder V3 or BMTH V3 offers universal mounting options for the end user. The BMTH V3 offers half inch molle adjustments on the back, allowing it to be attached via molle / pals webbing on plate carriers, belts and backpacks, utilizing the included 12" inch one-wrap or utilizing a standard 4" malice clip (not included).
The BMTH V3 can be attached to any belt system horizontally or vertically utilizing the reversible 1"inch wide one-wrap (included). This means it will work on all of the popular belts including; Ronin Tactics, Lead Devil and GBRS belts. It will also work with any size leather or nylon duty belt from 1" to 2.25"+, or your conceal carry belts.
The removable hood can be installed on both sides of the BMTH V3 body, allowing you to run the decompression needle / sharpie / chem holder on the top or bottom (Horizontal) or left or right (Vertical). The hood protects the windlass retainer velcro from gathering dirt or mud when going prone, and protects it further from UV light. The hood can also be removed completely if not needed.
