Pros
Externally the plastic receiver is supported in all the right places so it has the benefit of being lightweight and quiet as the plastic muffles the gearbox sound better than metal, but also has no wobble between the lower and upper because of the supported design so it feels more solid than most metal receiver replicas. Also the way the rail mounts to the receiver is absolutely solid and the included mock suppressor is the perfect size to slide an ace tech tracer inside so you can retain the look and have a tracer unit. Also can be removed and external barrel extensions can be added for a different look and a threaded barrel. Threads are 14 negative

The gearbox was the most surprising. Backstory I gave 1 of these to my nephew first to destroy essentially then we were going to rebuild it with upgrades. Issue was it never broke. So after a year of playing a lot I finally tore it down to find a well shimmed and well planned gearbox with NO wear on the plastic teeth of the piston. Now is a good time to mention we ran a 11.1 50c 2500 mah battery in this the entire time and the only part we changed was the motor(ASG CNC GREEN MOTOR) to make it a bit more snappy.

The gears were well shimmed and Poseidon puts steel bushings only under the sector and spur, a common thing when you want to have a durable setup. The compression was perfect and the piston, head and cylinder head are all plastic but had no cracks or wear on them either. It was like new.

The mosfet uses the same board as a Gate titan I actually put half of a titan board onto it to see if the pins all lined up and they do but it doesn’t read together obviously. It was a programmable mosfet though very nice. You could adjust trigger sensitivity and change firing modes to include binary and burst.

CONS
The only con I had was the factory motor wasn’t very strong.
And the mosfet is not compatible with brushless(at least warheads and adv motors) I tried.

After we got the first one and I finally tore it down, I liked it so much I bought 3 more when these went on sale and someone I play with also bought 3. Then a new player we know also got 1. Out of all 8 we have seen and messed with they are all perfect. And all still running.

I did try a maxx hop, tight bore barrel, new bucking and nub in one and it all worked fine but we got no more usable range out of it over the stock barrel that Poseidon claims has better range than standard style barrels. It has an interesting crown in the front and kind of a magic box mystery barrel thing going on at the hop up end of it.

Would highly recommend and if they ever come back in stock I’ll take a few more of them

"Its light, durable, has great trigger response, and shoots quite well straight out of the box. Its an extremely enjoyable gun.

"Had the gun for a couple weeks now and i’ll say it worth it when it’s on sale. Good trigger response and the materials they use for the gun is sturdy. Only con is that the stock wiggles but fixed it by putting a strip of tape of the buffer tube other than that it’s a good gun if your looking for a long rifle.
