"It is a nearly perfect stock/ base hi capa, things that keep it from a 5 star are easy to work around. As a replica, only the flag on the frame isn't 1:1 to the real staccatos. As a base to work on, it's compatible with tm parts, but you'll have to file/ dremmel anything that interfaces with the grip.
Pros
- Very good replica of the XC, except for the position of the flag on the frame
- EVERYTHING is lubed
- Great finish, nothing seems like it was painted
- Hard kick with green gas at room temperature
- Steel trigger group and slide stop (could be a con)
- Part fitment is pretty good, the slide-to-frame only wobbles as much as any TM but the barrel-to-slide lockup is outstanding for a stock gun
- Grip stippling provides plenty of grip but doesn't tear your skin off
- Slide does not need an upgrade, weighs 140-ish grams with a TM BBU (about 60 grams more than a TM 4.3 with the BBU)
Cons
- hop up arm was insanely bent OTB
- trigger did NOT move, had to disassemble and file the grip
Mid/ Things of note
- RMR plate takes m3 screws rather than rmr screws (#6-32)
- Gas magazine is very good, but easy to overfill due to o-rings in the fill valve
- Compatible with anything TM, but will need to dremmel/ file the grip for anything but a hammer housing
- The nozzle rails are a little tight in a TM BBU, and a TM BBU will fit in the slide however there is
only one thread for the RMR plate so you'll have to tap your own or stick to irons
- Compensator / outer barrel design is different from what is depicted in the pictures, it is no longer threaded on but instead permanently attached

"*Quick note this is going to be a very similar review to the XL model*
Pros:
- Looks and feels amazing (fully metal)
- Suppressor height sights are a nice touch
- The front comp is tightly threaded on so it won’t wobble too much (however, was still easy to remove for cleaning)
- Trigger pull isn’t a lot & has a crisp reset
- The grip texture is very well done with the added bonus that it won’t tear your skin apart
- Comes with the magwell
- Has parts from T8 (shoots well & consistent)
Cons:
- Outer Barrel & guide plug are proprietary
- Bucking was constantly lopsided even at 0 hop
- Wasn’t able to fit a CC Trident Sear Spring
Overall, one of my favorite sidearms due to the looks & feels when shooting. I’m not afraid to drop this from waist height (I already have multiple times) & it still ran flawlessly. Some of the cons can easily be fixed by buying aftermarket parts.

"This airsoft gun is quite possibly the nicest I’ve ever owned. Mine just came in today and I have to say it met and exceeded my expectations. I can tell these EMG 6mm Pro Shop guns are made to quite a high standard. The box features logos from Staccato, 6mm Pro Shop, and Army Armament who actually manufactures this line. The fitting on this 2011 replica is the tightest of any gbb pistol I’ve had. You shake it around and the only noise you hear is the mag magazine wiggling a little in the mag well. The finish is very nice and feels like if and when is wears it’ll look true to the real handgun. Mine came with the RMR plate already fixed to the slide and no just iron sights plate but let’s be real you’re gonna want to put a dot on this gun to fit the look (I already have a SRO clone on the way and an X300 clone light is next on my list). The already steel upgraded internals are an excellent touch and the seal of the nozzle to the hop up chamber is very tight meaning fps consistency is something I can look forward to. A tight bore and lightened blowback housing (to offset the dot weight) and maybe a stronger spring for more snappy slide cycling is all I plan on doing to this gun but it’s already well worth the money out of the box. If you’re on the fence I definitely think this or any of the other 6mm Pro Shop Staccatos will meet your expectations and be well worth the money. I also have an AW Custom 4.3 hi capa and this is way way nicer for less money…. Long story short buy it!

"These 6MM Pro Shop Staccatos are the new Army Armament guns with upgraded and reinforced T8 internals. Box arrives with AA, Staccato and 6MM Pro Shop logos. Not sure if this means AA is making ALL of the licensed Staccatos for EMG now (6MM is one of their house brands) or if this is just them letting AA continue making their Staccatos under the license now. They are different from the EMG Helios Staccatos in most ways.
Everything about these new AA's feels better. It genuinely feels like a new generation for them. Slide to frame fitment is perfect, no wobble as mentioned by some regarding the EMG Helios versions. The finish on them is better than any of my other GBB pistols, even ones substantially more expensive. The new steel parts feel heavy and robust, the hammer having some real weight to it feels really nice. A steel trigger always feels much better to me than a polymer one. Them being optics ready for multiple footprints is a massive plus, along with aftermarket already releasing an ACRO adapter.

"I love these new staccatos!! Mine looked, felt, and operated perfectly right out of the box. Unfortunately though, the magazines in the reload package are a poor fit, they're a tad too large for the magazine well and are miserable to extract.
Id give the replica and factory magazine 5 stars easy, the reload package maybe a 3. while the gas and BBs function as you'd expect, The mags dont add much value since I'll have to just find and buy specific magazines anyways.

"Nice pistol, have not fielded yet, but I have bought two, one co2 and one green gas, and both times the slide catch has broken, just snapped. So I'd recommend buying the slide catch made by Army Armament. Otherwise, I've got nothing to complain about
