It has a magnification range starting at low magnification and increases from there. In some LPVO designs, magnification can get as high as 1-6x, 1-8x,1-10x or higher with ranges out to 800 yards and more. Hence the name "Low Power Variable Optic," magnification on an LPVO scope varies from low power to the highest setting. This scope is a 1.5-6x24 magnification which is perfect for all your Airsoft and Airgun needs! Like a red dot, an LPVO optic can be used for close quarters shooting, but that's about where the similarities end. A red dot is primarily used for close quarters whereas an LPVO has more of a dual-purpose role because of its long-range capabilities. That's why the LPVO is more often than not used for tactical purposes. It allows the shooter to quickly switch from CQB to long-range targets.

" Really cool scope, came in a black cardboard box with two Allen keys to mount the scope, two different mounts/scope rings, the scope, and a Manuel. Really clear and had a couple of bumps but it still held, has no wobble and looks really nice on AR15’s and SCARS. Made of full metal. To mount you have to unscrew four screws (really the only screws on the mount) then take off the side piece(which will probably fall off) then set on your pic rail and screw in the side piece. To attach the scope to the rings you have to unscrew more screws then take off the tops of the scope rings and place the scope in. Make sure it’s straight and not tilted. Then screw in the tops of the scope rings then you good to go! Great purchase and I highly recommend.
