The Seekins Precision SP223 featuring a custom tuned G&G G2 gearbox raises the bar on "Out-of-the-Box Performance" in every way possible. The months of fine tuning by master technicians nets the rifle a snappy trigger response like nothing before it; the cyclic rate, on par with some of the finest custom tuned rifles; the accuracy, a testament to the "Precision" title this rifle carries. In the pursuit of performance befitting to the prestige of a Seekins product, the G2 gearbox boasts ultra-smooth 8mm bearings, full steel teeth piston, double O-ring aluminum nozzle and cylinder head, short stroked gear set, newly designed mosfet with precision tuned ETU, and a quick change spring guide all housed in a heavily reinforced, redesigned gearbox shell. Powering this finely crafted gearbox is a super torque 25,000 rpm neodymium magnet motor for consistent performance. Raising the bar further is G&G's fire cutoff system which stops the gun from dry-firing once a magazine has been emptied, further adding to the training aspect of this platform as well as giving the player a slight edge over standard AEG's by letting them know to reload. All of which is housed in a masterfully crafted CNC machined receiver and handguard set where the quality rivals even some of the best boutique aftermarket receivers; its fit and finish holds true to the standards set forth by EMG and Seekins Precision.
Seekins Precision is now one of the premier names in high quality, precision manufactured AR15 style rifles. Seekins Precision not only manufactures their flagship set of scope rings, their original product, but also CNC machine a wide variety of AR15 components, as well as their in-house built full rifles. When people want precision, their first stop is Seekins.
EMG has partnered with Seekins Precision and Airsoft manufacturing powerhouse G&G Armament to bring to the market, the first and only officially licensed Seekins Precision AR15 training AEG. EMG worked closely with the staff at Seekins to make sure that all the details, down to the finest markings were accurately reproduced in this full size AEG rifle. Like it's steel family member, the EMG Seekins receiver is CNC machined from a lightweight yet durable aluminum alloy, keeping weight down, but providing the user with the unmistakable feel of a Seekins Precision SP223 billet receiver. The forward portion of the EMG Seekins rifle features a perfect replica of the Seekins Precision SBR8 M-LOK rail. Built 100% from the original blueprints, EMG's SBR8 rail is painstakingly machined from aluminum alloy to accurately reflect the weight and feel of the real thing.
The SP223 is beautiful to look at and it never fails to deliver on the field. Nothing less than the best will do when it comes to the internals powering this monster of an AEG. Internally the Seekins / EMG SP223 is powered by an EMG specified G&G Top Tech gearbox. EMG worked with G&G Armament to make their already deadly Top Tech gearbox into something fitting of its Seekins Precision clothing. The gearbox cradled inside the receiver features 8mm bearings, polycarbonate piston with steel teeth, 16AWG wires and redesigned bevel gear to reduce heat spikes, an electronic microswitch trigger switch with a shock absorbing leaf spring, and G&Gs excellent programmable burst control G2 MOSFET with micro speaker to indicate burst control setup. All of these features ensure that the EMG Seekins SP223 will destroy the competition anywhere it goes.

" Absolutely fabulous airsoft weapon. The G&G mag that comes with it is stellar. Stopping the gearbox when it's out of ammo is a feature you never knew you needed but will not want to do without. I love this piece better than any I have previously purchased over 20 years of airsofting. This will be my main, and I play constantly.
The quality is unmatched by anything I have ever owned. I would trade every replica I have for two of these. As close to perfection as there is in an AEG. Thank you EMG, Evike, G&G and Seekins Precision for creating the best AEG I have ever laid hands on.
" Felt fantastic not to heavy only draw back is you need a compact lipo but no issue with range or durability. Everything feels nice and tight and easy to adjust
" Aesthetic Appeal and Precision Shooting - EMG Seekins Precision SP223 Review
When it comes to airsoft guns, aesthetics and performance often go hand in hand. Today, we’re diving into the details of the EMG Seekins Precision SP223. This beauty not only looks great but also packs a punch. Let’s explore its features and capabilities.
Build Quality:
The EMG Seekins Precision SP223 impresses with its remarkable build quality. It looks and feels great in your hands, thanks to high-quality materials used in its construction. However, there is a caveat; the stock, although visually appealing, could be sturdier.
Weight and Ergonomics:
One notable advantage is its relatively light weight, making it comfortable to carry during extended skirmishes. The ergonomics are commendable, and the controls are well-placed for easy access.
Battery Compartment:
One minor drawback is the small battery compartment. To power this beast, you’ll need a compact LiPo stick battery. This limitation may require some adjustment if you’re used to larger battery options.
Performance:
Now, let’s talk about the star of the show – performance. The EMG Seekins Precision SP223 impresses with its remarkable range. Whether you’re engaging targets at a distance or covering teammates, this gun won’t disappoint. I recommend using heavier BBs for optimal accuracy.
Barrel Length:
I opted for the 9-inch barrel version, which enhanced accuracy and precision during gameplay. It’s a valuable customization option for those seeking more accurate shots.
Pros and Cons:
Pros:
• Great aesthetics and build quality
• Lightweight and comfortable to handle
• Impressive shooting range
• Customizable with barrel options
• Overall solid performance
Cons:
• Stock could be sturdier
• Small battery compartment limits battery choice
Conclusion:
In conclusion, the EMG Seekins Precision SP223 is a good choice for airsoft enthusiasts looking for a combination of style and performance. Its stunning appearance and lightweight design make it a joy to carry on the field. While the stock may leave something to be desired in terms of sturdiness, the gun’s long-range shooting capabilities and customization options more than compensate. Just remember to invest in the right battery to power this formidable weapon. It’s a solid choice for both beginners and experienced players alike.
