" Was kind of tough to put on, feels nice in my hands with multiple ways for me to hold it. The red heat shield adds a nice touch of color without overdoing it.
" After owning my Elite Force M4a1 Carbine for over a year and a half now, replacing/upgrading every internal part, I figured it was time to upgrade the cheap plastic rail system I had put on it. When I stumbled upon the Strike Industries Viper Carbine Hand guard I knew I had to buy it, and it has yet to let me down.
" I purchased the SI Viper in red and black a few months ago off the SI site. It's a sexy piece of furniture, and definitely adds some attitude to any M4 build. It's tough and comfortable to grip, and in my opinion, it looks better than the Magpul MOE (which I almost bought before I found this). The only downsides are as follows: the red heat shield is small, meaning you're gonna need a LiPO if you run a front-wired gun, and if you pop the heat shield out to add a rail to the bottom, it's a bit of a pain in the arse to get back in.
