"I didn't order the weapon here, but I would still like to give a review of the item. The AK-74U is extremely well made. Unlike my E&L, the skeleton stock can only be folded in with a little force, which is very good; my E&L has a few mm of play here. The wood is by far the best I've ever seen on an airsoft gun, it looks beautiful. The grain looks really, really great and the dark brown tone rounds it all off. The thing is built like a tank through and through! The Partina that was applied provides extra protection against rust and, unlike the E&L AKs, looks really good, which is extremely similar to the Soviet Kalashnikovs! In my opinion, the best AK in the airsoft segment and better than the E&L!
Absolutely recommend buying it! :)

"fantastic little gun, and as of right now, the best 74u on the market, in all honesty there is not much to say, but I wanted to point out 3 things I experienced;
I run titan batteries and I can fit a titan 3000mah stick in the 74u, trouble is, it was to much power for the motor, and the motor ran wonderfully, just a little to well because no magazine could keep up with the rof, I swapped the motor and now it feeds perfect.
secondly, my stock would not lock open, the tolerance were to tight and after the finish they put on the metal it made it to small for the latch to fit, I had to file some of the material away to get the stock to lock in the open position.
last thing, this gun is very front heavy, I am not running anything on it, it is in its bone stock configuration and it is noticeably front heavy, by allot. there is not really way to remedy this, but it feels a little wonky when your used to running other guns that are heavier than this, but are balanced.
it is an absolute brick of gun, and it feels like it one too, it has a good amount of heft to it, the build quality is impeccable.
if I were to use 1 word to describe it, it would be "solid" it feels as if the entire gun feels like its just one piece, its really impressive.
it even sounds "solid" when shooting, not allot of whine from the motor or gear box.
the only genuine complaint I have is about the brand, not really the gun, and that is that lct uses crappy abs plastic hop up chambers, even the cymas come with metal hop up chambers.
this gun earned full stars from me, my lct rpk got 4 stars and I love my rpk a bit more to be honest (dont tell the 74u that)

"Fantastic gun, built like a tank and shoots well. At 400fps pretty hot out of the box, but besides that definitely worth the money.

"This is by far the best AKS-74u on the market. it feels just like the real deal and is perfect for close quarter skirmishes. It shoots a little hot at 400 fps but above all it is ultra realistic and built to last. 10/10 for me.
