"I bought this gun from a different store, but I felt obliged to write a review. It only broke after nearly two years of hard use.
Pros+
Accurate
Moderately powerful
Not hard to cock, so you can kind of shoot fast
Charging handle can be unscrewed and moved to the other side
lightweight
Hi - Capacity magazine
Cons-
For a spring rifle, nothing. Still keep in mind, it is a spring powered rifle.

"It's a good gun I love it I bought the tan reload package this was a really nice gun and very sturdy I don't play in airsoft battles but I think it would hold up the plastic is very sturdy.
Overall a great gun would recommend to anyone for a cheap but good springer

"This gun is awesome it has a nice, sturdy build. To cock the gun you have to hold it upside down and pull open the action(read the manual for more info). This gun shoots 6mm airsoft bbs, if you want the gun to shoot at 400fps, then use 6mm 0.12g bbs, if you want the gun to shoot at 310fps, then use 6mm 0.20g bbs. Here are some pros and cons. Pros: Sturdy build Butt stock is foldable and adjustable adjustable grip in front Cons: Plastic

"Surprisingly good! Even if it's a simple single shot springer, the quality of the materials and the build is really good. The plastic body feels fairly solid, the seam lines are clean, and the plastic doesn't creak. The stock is mostly solid and is adjustable for length - the cheek riser doesn't work but it's fine as it is. The reversible charging handle is a nice touch too!
I bought this to get a feel for the SCAR ergonomics (besides weight) before dropping 300-plus dollars on an AEG. I was pleasantly surprised by the good quality. Sure, there are probably cheaper options out there for this kind of thing, but I think I got what I paid for. I'm looking forward to keeping it and plinking with it!

"Blown away by this thing. Such a nice plinking rifle, I can't recommend it enough. The construction of the gun is very lightweight but the plastic is good quality. None of that creaky thin stuff. The handle is part of the main shell so there is no wobble in it at all. The stock is surprisingly solid, even extended out to it's 5th position. The hinge is very well made and there's no play to it at all. The bolt being reversible is a huge plus for me as I prefer to cock bolt springers with my off hand unless it's a legit bolt action. It's extremely accurate and satisfying to use. 10/10, but for plinking/target shooting/backyard wars only obviously. I measured it at 266 avg fps so it's not really usable in a real game but as a plinker it's amazing.

"This was the first Airsoft gun I ever purchased and I still keep it 6 years later and it occasionally sees action on the field. It completely out preformed my expectations. Also I painted it OD then weathered it a bit and it’s lookin FINE

"It shoots straight, looks great. A great gun for the price. The only thing I would improve is that the folding stock folds into the mag release button, which can make dropping the mag harder when the stock is folded. I'm very impressed with the accuracy, would buy again.

"Seems to shoot fairly straight. Looks good, feels good in the hands. My only regret in the design is that the side-folding stock folds onto the side where the magazine is released, making magazine release difficult when it us in the folded position. I think this gun is a good value for the money, and good for backyard skirmishes

"I bought four of these for my family and myself to use. Honestly, they're pretty damn good for a springer. We use 0.20's and they still get over 300 FPS. We play on my parents old farm where we shoot near to medium range. Sometimes I'll get a hit at 40+ yards if I'm really trying. If you want an entry level springer, this is the best one I've come across. We played through a Wisconsin winter, spring, summer, and now fall. All four have held up. My son drops his all the time, nothing is broke. I sometimes shoot as fast as I can with the bolt action and nothing has broke not sounds like it is about to break. Seriously, I don't know why some people say they're cheap. Sure, it's a plastic springer at $45, what do you expect you're going to get? But all four of us have beaten the pi** out of our Scars and they're held up just fine.

"to start off, this review is about the spring edition just so ya know.
this gun is SO freaking accurate even with .12 gram bbs! I've shot people while running with this thing! the only bad things are that: when you shoot it it does not feel like 400 fps is exploding from the rifle, it feels like you are dry firing it.
but really, let's be honest. the .12 gram bbs are flying at at least 420 fps. the second bad thing is that it spills out 3 bbs when you take the mag out.
I feel like they could easily fix this by making an aftermarket extra hi cap mag.
but overall it is super accurate and it is STURDY!
we use these guns in death matches and they kick ass.

"Oddly accurate. Much more accurate than the M14 we purchased for almost double the price. Foregrip really helps. This gun seems well built and intelligently designed. Enjoy!

"3 bbs fall out everything you take out the magazine but other then that it is a great gun with great accuracy and power for a spring loaded gun. I would definitely buy this gun again

"Fun plinker with decent power. Bought for $36 in Sep. 2017. Good enough to scare away the squirrels. Using quality ammo significantly increases the accuracy of this gun. I do wish they made the sights adjustable as they are off a little bit. But after some target practice it isn't hard to hit soda cans (or squirrels) at 20 yards pretty easily. I would buy this gun again for sure.
My biggest complaint about this gun is how the magazine operates. The magazine function itself is great, and I love it, but when you empty the magazine and remove it to reload, 2-3 BBs fall out EVERYTIME. However, I found a way to avoid this: When you have ran out of ammo in the magazine and can no longer chamber a BB, turn the gun upside down and then pull the charging handle. Do this after firing until you no longer chamber a BB (2-3 times) and then when you remove the magazine you will not have ammo falling out.
A note about the magazine capacity: The magazine itself can hold hundreds of rounds. However, this does not mean you can shoot hundreds of rounds without having to reload. The way the magazine works is it has a main storage chamber that holds the hundreds of rounds, and then it has a smaller 15ish round chamber that has to be 'reloaded' by removing the magazine and shaking it to move BBs into this smaller chamber. If you're someone who actually does airsoft combat (I am not) I can see this being a problem. But it really is not a problem for the backyard plinker.
