"This thing is the definition of SMOOTH. From the bolt to the safety, through and through, godly. It deserves its price.

"To keep it brief:
Pros
- accurate
-has a 14mm negative thread under the orange tip for a suppressor
- great design
-easy to pull apart for doing maintenance or upgrades

Cons
-heavy
- mags dont feed very well, kept pinching bbs against the end of the feed preventing them from falling into the hopup unit
- mags spring is very light and easy to knock your mags out of your rifle
-mag well takes some getting use to for loading, it doesnt just clip in
- no aftermarket mags and very little aftermarket mod support at time of review
- spring rattles against the spring guide, very noisy, easily fixed.
- very pricey

It's a very good thing i got this as a project rifle to do some aesthetic changes to it, however, for the price of almost $500 i'd expect a bit more refinement on the final product, and a carry case would've been nice. I do like that the orange barrel tip did have a 14mm negative thread on there allowing me to put my suppressor on there before i went to the field to play. now the hopup unit was an aluminum anodized red finish that i couldn't dial in at home due to range constraints, but i would've just been fine with the tdc that it has rather than adding left and right adjusts as well. The mags didn't want to feed whether by design or other reasons. i had to tap quite hard on the top of the mag while it was in the magwell to get the bb's to feed in between every 3+ shots as theirs enough room between the mag and the chamber for 2 extra bb's. since this was riding the line on fps, thankfully i was able to use it, however, i would like a slightly lower power spring if possible. Unable to get extra mags is also a bit concerning as 50 shots is usually plenty, however i would like to not have to carry a noisy speed loader if possible. the only after market part i put into this was the hopup nub as i dont think putting a metal on in was the ideal on this rifle.
Overall, i don't recommend this for those that want this for performance sake, you are better off with something else that has consistancy with both mags and aftermarket support that won't break the bank.

"For the price that I paid I expected a little more for it performance wise. I had no stop feeding issues and the magazine needs a stiffer spring for the mag release. It kept falling off every time I moved to a new spot.

It worked fine when it actually worked. I would recommend as long as the fix these issues.

"So for snipers as far as this is concerned, if you are planning on doing any work internally to this rifle, my advice is wait. Having pulled this out of the box and put some rounds down range, I can say that this feels great out of the box. However, you only get one mag as opposed to the 2+ mags I've seen other content creators get, as well as that the parts they receive are practically not on the market yet in the states. The bolt pull is a bit on the heavy side and with .36 bbs i was, after adjusting the hop, consistently hitting arround 380+- at 2.5 joules. Still got a lot of work to do this rifle as I've ordered the hop up nub, and plan to get other parts as they become available such as the spiral fluted outer and some internal parts for the bolt assembly as well as the inner barrel.

Here's a shot list of things to note:
Pros
Very accurate
seems easy to maintain
plenty of room on rails for attatchments
easy to adjust hopup unit with the tdc

Cons:
A bit heavy
one mag and no extra available for purchase at the moment
weird to load since it mount to the side with guide rails in magwell
bolt seems to be catching in areas (could just be needing to be broken in a bit)
very limited aftermarket parts
no case (as expensive as this is, it should ship with its own hard case in my honest opinion)
Very expensive (Seriously, it's almost $500 usd and it has almost no aftermarket support in the US at the time of making this review.)

I say all this having used only the ssg10 and a couple other snipers so far, but this should ship with a hard case at the least and need to inquire about spare mags as i dont like the idea of having a rattling speedloader on my person when i'm playing. Can't wait to get into this project, but may have to since it may need some other parts first that aren't currently available.
