Maxx Model CNC Aluminum Hop-Up Chamber for M4 Airsoft AEG Rifles (Model: M4E)

"The Maxx M4A -PRO is an excellent Hopup unit. I installed it in an Umarex HK M110 A1. I had to use a Dremel and do some heavy modification to the M110's hopup adapter (the black polymer barrel extension that interfaces the hopup unit with the barrel) in order to get it to fit, as the stock hopup unit for the M110 is very slim and aftermarket hopup units don't fit. The Maxx M4A is a high quality, aluminum chamber, with clear side windows so you can see into the chamber. It has a nice BB retention system that prevents excess BB's from falling out when you remove the magazine. Very nice feature. The M4A comes with a flat nub installed and I used that with an R-Hopped barrel patch and smooth bucking. This setup is lifting .40g BB's and providing great range and accuracy in my rifle. Highly recommended.

"Went into my A&K SR-25 build with no issues at all. I’m a big fan of the bb retention, AMS has a mag limit and every bb counts.

I installed this in my ICS PCR-97 Olympic Arms M4. This is an older ICS M4 replica, while it does fit, some modification is required.
I had to trim the large centering spring (spring that goes over inner barrel) I trimmed about a coil and a half to get the upper gearbox to fully seat.
I had to buy a MAXX adjustable 19-22mm nozzle to get the bbs to properly feed (they were jamming against the stock nozzle due to length.

I paired this with a Prommy EG barrel and Maple Leaf Macaron bucking. (bucking fit perfect, I had to slightly widen the c clip locking channel on the barrel to get the c clip to fully click into place (this probably is only a concern on the prommy eg barrels)


After the modifications required to make this work in my ICS, I am very pleased with the results.
This hop up is engineered so well and the build quality is excellent. Well worth the price in my opinion. I highly recommend this hop up.

"Got the M4i for a CXP MARS II, used with an rhop setup. ZCI barrel, plus elvish tactical patch, modify flat bucking and this MAXX's soft flat nun works fantastic. Even at a low spring weight (M110) you can sail .30 g BBs out to 225 feet. It's a sight to be held.

"Slammed one of these in a stock new G&G combat machine with a brushless motor, modify bucking and a laylax tightbore barrel. performance is stellar, the latch system is great, the window in which you can finally visibly see the bbs is great. everything is great about it honestly, if you want to up your performance overall get one! comes already assembled out of the box with 3 in total hop up arms very sturdy and all around will last you a VERY long time

also to MY understanding the Maxx Pro M4A is meant for most AEG's.... again just my understanding, i could be wrong

"Easy to install. Holds hopup position without issue 5,000 rounds later with no adjustments. FPS increased 10-15fps once installed as it has a better air seal than my previous hopup but shots and fps are consistent.

"i haven't noticed a big difference in range but its cool to see the bbs, only con is i cant use speed mags anymore.
