Golden Eagle Flash Hider for Type 96 Light Machinegun Airsoft AEG

"After waiting over a year I was finally able to acquire this flash hider which was not included with the gun when I initially purchased it even though there was a cutout in the packing foam specifically for it.
The device is well made and nicely finished however is thin when compared to my original WW2 example and in addition was modified from the original design with the addition of a set screw which at least to me is completely useless.
With the cone threaded on & bottomed out completely the screw does not line up with the groove in the muzzle which on a real T-96 would accept the standard push & twist flip up muzzle cap so when the set screw is tightened it cuts in to the aluminum threads which eventually will become a problem so I myself am not going to use it. Why they opted to do that is beyond me especially where the original Type-96 LMG (of which I have 2 of them) never had it and trust me the original 96's vibrate a hell of a lot more than the airsoft version would and they have never vibrated off.
DUMB!
