"100% Must Buy at this price point!
Obviously if you are in the comments section you have read all about the things it has to offer. It is all there and then some. One item they don't advertise is an included additional identical black mock flash suppressor (standard 14mm counterclockwise threads). I took the orange off with channel locks and scratched it up. But a wire wheel and some paint and now I have an extra black one. It is a bit loud without bbs fired through. It does get quieter with bbs going through and a foam filled mock suppressor.
I have multiple Gate gearboxes and trigger systems so I'm very familiar with the app. But this time it didn't work. It linked and immediately updated the firmware. After some discussions in the Gate Discord, we discovered the app needed it's cashe cleared. After a fresh start I was able to work every feature perfectly. As another commenter stated, you will need to set the trigger and selector immediately. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO PULL THE PEW PEW OUT OF THE BOX AND START PLAYING WITH IT UNTIL YOU SET IT UP. It simply will not work until you put a few minutes into your setup.
Hopup was all the way off as it should be for storage. But the bb will only fly about 50' until you add hop. I made a video to share with my team of my first few shots in an open field with 20 mph cross wind at 250'. Third shot was a hit. I believe this will be accurate under normal conditions to 275' which is very impressive for a CQB option.
With the Hopup adjusted and running .32g bbs from VPS, I chronoed 1.36j consistently (but my chrono is usually .10 lower than most fields). So, I will assume I'm closer to 1.46j until i get a second chrono test.
All this with bone stock setup.

"Running with Vortex StrikeFire Red/Green with forward slant mount, Strike Ind. Slanted MLOK foregrip, FAB defense magwell clone grip. 45 slant right dominant pic rail buis (for fun). The QD attachments on the rail did not like Magpul or generic push locks. A fine triangle file on the MP sling (forward QD) got it to lock securely.
A welder buddy once told me when I was starting to learn : "Buy the best rig you can if your gonna' do this job; It will teach you how to be solid."
Off the rip, w/ .32's, great range, superb trigger as programmed, slammed any mag I could find and it didn't care (while on the field).
Time is always the tell... I've already beat this thing into concrete walls and crawled through the dirt with no issues. It sets my standard for any AEG I purchase in the future. Good job Trinity (and company).

"This gun is an absolute monster, I don't see stock staying for long, it's gonna sell fast, as word gets out, I recommend to jump on it as soon as you see it available, it's definitely a gun where you get it, change the spring to your liking in like 5 minutes and not having to open the gearbox, put a battery in it and just be done and have a top tier gun

I will add though, when you get it, link up to the gate mosfet and go through and calibrate everything it's telling you to first, if not you'll have a wacky trigger

"Just picked this up after roughly a 10 year hiatus from airsoft. Initial impression and backyard shooting is I love it. Was looking for something high end that I wouldn’t have to take the time to mod and have high end performance, so far has checked the boxes for me. Two things to note is the card that came with the replica says it chrono’d at roughly 363fps with the 7.9” model, evike has it listed at 400fps. The other being the limited shooting videos out right now, the replica sounds much quieter/shimmed better in person than the pre release videos. One problem I’ve found being the inner barrel/flash hider. The orange tip was really easy to get off to replace with a acetech brighter r tracer unit I picked up. It’s just glued and used the hot water technique and it came off easy. The problem I found after it that the inner barrel extends into the flash hider by roughly 12~13mm which extends too far into the tracer unit and blocks the sensor for the tracer unit to flash. Will probably have to pickup a 10mm outter barrel extender. The inner side of the hand guard diameter is ~33mm for figuring out if your suppressor/tracer will fit. The barrel also doesn’t align center with the hand guard and will have to play with that and end of rail has minor scraps in anodizing. The only two cheap looking/feeling parts are the charging handle and buffer end plate. Everything else feels solid and sturdy. Excited to get it out on the field and test its range and chrono myself. Getting 25rps on full auto with 11.1 lipo.

"Have had a few issues so far. First, the description online says 'mid cap magazines" as in multiple. I only recieved one in the box even though the box does have a cut out for 2. I am unsure if this is a mistake on evike description or if I was shorted a mag. Someone else who has gotten this can reply and let me know. Next was that Arcturus QC wrote down the S/N and not the pin and didn't include the stickers. Minor inconvenience and after a week or so due to holidays it was rectified. Last I took it out to play finally but noticed that this dust cover does not like to stay closed. Another player had a cheaper Arcturus and had the same issue. After getting home I found that this is a common problem and known about on the forums yet it is still passing QC and being shipped out on premium rifles. Awaiting response from Arcturus still, will update. Giving it a 3 atm as this is a 600 rifle and you shouldn't have this type of thing going on with something that's suppose to be premium
