" Great gun and very realistic and its very cheap compared to krytac and emg! It s even way better then my 2 krytac m4s
" I was initially attracted to the LCT M4A1 because of the beautiful gray steel (not aluminum) outer barrel and front triangle sight, as well as some of the other external parts like the selector, bolt release, castle nut, rear LMT style sight, etc. This is my era of time in the Army, so it really worked for me in such a realistic looking package. Having received and played around with the gun, I am not disappointed in that regard. It looks and feels great. Where I can't give it the same high marks is in the casting of the receiver: there are quite a few rough spots and overall it's not on the same level as VFC or G&P, for example. Also the polymer parts are thin and also not as accurate as they should be with a high end M4 AEG. I'm replacing the pistol grip immediately because the polymer shape is not aligning correctly to the gearbox/receiver and I'm unable to get the motor height adjusted correctly and the noise is like lambs being slaughtered. The metal heat sink plate is also poorly cast. I'll be completely re-building the internals as usual, so it's unfair of me to rate the shooting performance out of the box other than to say, MEH. Overall, I'm glad I got the gun, but I'm surprised LCT did so well on some components, and completely dropped the ball on others. I'd give it a 6 out of 10 stars.
