"Works just fine, little loose in NVG mount on helm and had to flip arm upside down to hold gopro upright but otherwise great.

"So I love this and hate this. So this is an amazing holder for any camera just make sure you either get a good proper helmet with a nice NVG mount or ZIP ties to hold it down. First game with it the little metal rod pops out GoPro falls and no vid for rest of day but easy fix a little zip ties and an Allan key

"Can be a little loose on most helmets when mounted, which can cause some rattling noise in the recording, but nothing that some tissue or extra tape can fix in the gap. It can be tough to remove when mounted, but that did give it a secure fit. There was a sufficient amount of angles the camera could be mounted, although the camera could move downwards if not secured with a lot of pressure when screwing it in, but that could be solved easily.

My only big gripe with the mount is how mine only lasted a few months before a vertical fracture started to form at the base above the metal bar. Once it got large enough, the metal bar fell out, rendering the mount useless as it would allow for the mount to pop out with a small amount of vertical movement.

I was not rough with that mount, but I suspect that the cold weather must have had an effect on the plastic along with the amount of force required to remove the mount when mounted may have caused the fracture, or maybe I just got a lemon. On that note, it is a solid mount, but I would keep an eye out for these problems when you get yours.

"Fit pretty snug into the NVG mounts for both my Emerson and PTS helmets. Built pretty sturdy. My problem was I couldn't get a sufficient angle for my GoPro 9 w/ case (I believe I was able to get an alright angle w/o the case but I can't remember). The extendable arm needed to be longer for my situation. I'd say go with a fixed rhino mount

"Works great however one of the nuts for adjustment the angle adjusting one comes off easily if you don't screw in your GoPro tight and is easy to lose.
