LCT Airsoft Z Series ZB-30 Tactical Railed Handguard for AK AEG / GBB Rifles

"It will work on E&L but you need to work on it a little. I found using a Dremel to sand down the rear insertion block. Fortunately you can unscrew it from the handguard and it's aluminum so it's easy to work with. The little block is wider that the cavity where it inserts into the receiver. I was a little conservative so I used a mallet to press it in. The next thing you need to do is get the collar (where the sling loop is) to slide into this U shape that's in the handguard. I went on and used the Dremel again to take away a little material off. I used a flat head to lever and push them together from the top. It needs to go all the way or the little lever that you flipped to remove the old lower handguard won't lock in.

Otherwise snug as a bug.

"Fits an E&L Essential AK105 good, I just smacked it with a gamer in and, boom, new handguard. I didn’t have to file, but you may want to because it was semi hard to get it in. I didn’t because I wanted it to be stable, It seemed fine without filing, but results may vary.

"I got this and the upper rail and I put it on an actual AK. I know it’s airsoft but I want to test it. (Currently saving for actual Zenitco parts.) now for the review. The lower handguard fits on the trunnion with no wobble at all I have to modify the gas tube by shaving the metal that hold the wood handguard towards the rear sight but once I messed with it it eventually fit and had zero issues. Both upper and lower rails fit and don’t move. I will update this review and the upper rail pice once I got the range.

"fit well to lct zk-104. great quality. installed along with zb-31c with ease. i like to give 4.5 if possible. not a 5, similar to zb-31c, mine doen't come with any markings. really minor thing. highly recommended.

"Ordered this for my LCT AK-105. Short story - it does not fit without filing.
I fully seated the rail in the receiver, but the front hand guard retainer would not lock up because there was an extra mm or two of metal that prevented it from doing so.
Now I have to grind it down or bring it to a machine shop. Quite surprised this LCT product was not drop-in fit for another LCT product.
Other than that, the rail itself feels nice. Nice texture to it. Just be prepared to file. :O
