"Installed in a specna edge aeg, and wow. Instant trigger response, rof of fire is significantly higher. I did get the high torque, have yet to test heavier springs, so far it shoots great with a 11.1 titan batteries

"I have seen people reference issues with a Titan but I haven't dealt with any yet... I am also using one in a microswitch setup without issue and I just installed one with a Perun Hybrid. The only complaint is about possible meshing between bevel and pinion. The one I needed to swap pinions on seems weirdly difficult to remove? Heat, the cheap airsoft aluminum puller, and my own custom steel one are all given a run for their money.

"This brushless motor is amazing, the trigger response feels really nice and powerful. And for anyone who wonder if this works with other mosfet units. I have placed it in inside my vfc Avalon m4a1 block 2 with a basic mosfet unit and can confirms it works with no issues so far. And in recent news they have been working with more advance mosfet units like gate titan as long you set up it correctly.

"Coming from an rc/ drone background, I just assumed airsoft used brushless motors as well. Was really surprised to find out that all the motors were brushed. Lipos and brushless go hand in hand.

Really good motor. Paired with gate titan and it works great. I feel like I had to turn off active breaking. Disclaimer, I didn’t read instructions but I set gate to 2s and I couldn’t get it to work on a 2s lipo. I didn’t get any errors in diagnosis, it just wouldn’t spin. I’m fine with running on 3s... ultra responsive hair trigger on a 130 spring with 16:1 gears. I would recommend having reinforced internals coz this thing slaps and doesn’t heat up like the previous brushed motor. I run a drum mag and it’s beneficial to have motor that can hang game after game. I will buy these motors from now on.

"To the comment above me, its pull, not pool, and also why the hell are you using a 9.6v battery with such advanced motors? I think the problem is your lack of tech knowledge, not this motor.

"This type of motor is definitely not for someone who isn't experienced in teching on AEG's what so ever has the sheer power and speed of this can destroy stock guns like nothing. Got the High Torque model in my 20:1 DSG and getting about 45 RPS and extremely snappy semi-auto. Now if you wanna buy this go ahead, I suggest getting a heat gun and removing the pinion gear as the stock one is extremely soft.

"I’d like to do a 180 on my review of these motors. I have had 4. The first, as I reviewed, worked perfectly fine. Each of the following three needed (or still need) to be replaced as they did not work upon arrival or shortly after testing.

The first has been doing okay so far.
The second worked when tested outside of the gearbox but wouldn’t pull the spring when installed. Tried down to ~260fps and it could even pull that. Decided to be dumb and use something to hold the pinion and ANY pressure caused it to just squeal. Got it replaced and SO FAR, it is working fine.
The third had been waiting while I finish messing with ideas with my M249 build. Finally at it and unfortunately, it died halfway through testing. It wouldn’t pull the spring back, so I put in a 320fps one to test if it was doing the same thing as the previous one and it stopped working entirely. Now it won’t even spin under zero load. Since it’s been so long, I can’t return it. I doubt I’ll have a warranty repair since RA tech has been unresponsive.
Fourth has just been floating around. It seems to have difficulty in my 400fps guns, so I put it in an indoor gun. It usually works, but sometimes will not complete a cycle and then cannot pull the already-compressed spring. I don’t really want to mess with it much since I’m quite disappointed. I’m just going to replace it with another Warhead.

Unacceptable to have this low of a success rate. If these were $30, sure. I could get 6 ZCI motors for one of these and none of my ZCIs have had issues yet and have been able to pull much stronger springs than I have put these motors against. Go with ADV or Warhead as those haven’t caused issues (yet). Screw these crappy motors.

"Not impressed. I bought it to replace a Tienly 45000 that pools a M130 spring using a 9.6V battery which this motor couldn't do.
