A&K M1892R M-LOK Lever Action Airsoft Gas Rifle (Model: Wood Stock)

"I love the feel of this rifle!
I, however encountered two problems with the package:
1. It didn't come with a user manual
2. I received the wrong alen key for the rail and other components.

Still 5 stars because I was able to figure everything out without the manual and the alen key wasn't a problem because I already have an alen key box set.

Overall performance is stellar.

"This rifle is a lot of fun. I love lever action rifles so this was a must have for me. Bb's are easy to load, thought not practical in a game scenario. Fun for target shooting. But I am not sure I would use it in a game. The gun does seem to hold a good amount of gas. Ultimately I am glad to add this to my collection of guns.

Upon purchasing this lever action, I must say that thing works a crazy amount of wonders. It is definitely worth the buy when it comes to fun.

However, it's only worth the buy if, and only if, you know how to maintain your new toy. I have had two of these in the past before the one I owned that is one that is currently sitting on my lap. They are extremely sensitive, I will warn you now. But don't worry! I'll provide the do's and dont's on the how to properly maintain your 1892 Winchester.

When you receive your brand new 1892 Winchester and bask in its holy glory... bask in it some more and return here when you're ready. Now that your gun feels appreciated, we can start with the basics.

1. DO pick up your rifle and inspect it closely for any possible mishaps in the manufacturing before you start slamming that lever.

2. DO gently operate the weapon without gas for a few test shots. After doing so inspect the weapon once more and take notice of the screws. Tighten all the screws, gently.

3. DO NOT BLOW THE GAS VALVE. You can avoid doing this by being very stingy without the amount of gas you provide your gun. Three to four seconds worth of Green Gas is more than enough to last two loads. Anything more and you risk a leak.

4. DO NOT FLIP COCK. I, personally, have never flip cocked my levergun despite how tempting it is. But if you are not a proper tech, rich, and own a load of spare parts, I would not risk damaging the lever in the slightest as the lever can quickly lock up after misuse.

5. DO be careful while loading your gun, it is very easy for the feeding block to come off the loading tube. Depending on if you do break it, most of the time you can just shove it back on, wash, rinse, and repeat.

6. DO rock a Stetson and a six shooter of your choosing and enjoy your gunslinging!

"When I got my rifle, there were some things that were immediately damaged. The hop up wasn’t set properly so all of the bb’s fell out of the front, but it is very easy to adjust so that was an easy fix. The other problem is that the gas would always leak out until it was empty, and I can’t fix that, so i’m sending it from repairs.

"Recently purchased this, solid Gun with just a few problems. One, it came with a lot of loose screws and bolts so I suggest taking the Mlok handgaurd of temporarily and tightening everything. I noticed a small gas problem that I found SEEMED to be fixed when I tightened everything but maybe replacing a few pieces would fix it better and keep the tank fuller longer. It holds gas well enough to fire off about 2 full magazines and a few more shots before you need to refill it (4 seconds max if you don't wanna blow the gas valve). Also... the top rail was bolted on with some really weak screws so I actually had to re-thread the holes a size bigger and slap in 2 flat head screws I found in my shed and had to cut and sand to the size I needed. And, to be honest I found a defect under the rail that I'm assuming was a factory worker attempting to hide his mistake of a misaced hole they drilled, so... questionable quality control in some areas. It's what you pay for it, I wasnt expecting a profound change in my life but for $210 i wish my rail was mounted better. its accurate enough to be fun, and solid enough that it shouldnt break unless you try to handle it like a club. Other than the "hidden" mistake and my weak rail mount it's pretty solid, and fun to shoot. I'd say go nuts if you're looking for a very moddable gun with a retro-futurism-esque design that looks just different enough to be unique. Just be prepared to do a little work if you want it sturdy...
