"Amazing airsoft gun, i use it and performs well, I short stroked the gear set and replaced the mosfet but thats all because I wanted a different mosfet and had a extra one and want to stay loyal to a brand, but still is awesome, what i would do tho to make this gun perform faster and more responsive is change the motor to a 30k, and get a 11.1 v battery

"Hear me out… absolute hammer! I got this with the intent to pull it apart for a Euro build but…. Goodness this thing is fun. Very snappy right out of the box. The G&G ETU is great. Super light and points extremely well. Thought I would need to strip the orange off the muzzle device but there is a color matched replacement under the tray in the box! The drop stock works great with a mask. One note, if the stock wobbles a little just snug the cross bolt up and it won’t!! The only downside is the battery space, but it holds a 1200 mAh 11.1 just fine. Get a couple and you will be good to hook all day. I feed it with EPM-1 & EPM-1s just fine, mags fit and feed great. G&G knocked it out of the park. A few important notes: if you want to run a tracer (trust me, you do) you need to order the adapter. If you want said tracer to fit in the muzzle break, you have to run the G&G. The Acetechs won’t fit. When you get it all set up, use BLUE (medium) thread locker on the set screws on the barrel. I have not done anything to the gearbox on this thing and I am not planning to. Put in a 6.03 inner with a ML Super Mac 70deg bucking and it is just about perfect. If you are on the fence about the SSG-1 just do it. You won’t be sorry.

"Chef's Kiss! This rifle is fun right out of the box, and that rate of fire is literally insane. I know it seems like a lot of people don't like this rifle, but man is it fun. It's even more fun when you're on the field, you empty a mag, and people are like "what the f*** is that thing?". Very fun, very reliable, I am very happy with my purchase.

"Great gun shoots amazing stock! I put an asg 70 degree bucking in it, made it even better. I dropped a polar star in it a few months ago and it is sooooooooo fun to use. Would recommend using it as an AEG for about a year than switching to HPA.

"for CQB theirs not a better starter gun, the electronic trigger switch is the best trigger ive ever had in a stock gun and shoots lasers to 120-150ft out the box.

"i got one of these as an upgrade to a cyma that broke fairly quickly and it is absolutely amazing. Granted I only play indoors but I use an 11.1 lipo and it shoots deadon across the entire arena at least 100+ feet every time. Chronoed @ 360 FPS .20s (after 15-20 shots loosens up to 345 consistently for the rest of the day so you dont have to worry about most fps restrictions). Cant say how well the hopup works due to not needing it inside with .2s. Shoots ~25 RPS stock with an 11.1 .20s and using g&g translucent mags. Overall a very good purchase and I can see myself HPAing this in the future.

"This is a great gun for CQB!

"I have this gun. It is a hot rod out of the box. Shoots super straight and super fast. Burst is cool. Weight is nice(although that isn’t something I really pay attention to). That stock, I can understand the innovation and how it makes sense. I run mine in what I would call a more standard angle, but it’s really nice to adjust it to your mask preferences. Mag is nice but wish it held more. Other M4 mags work perfectly. Interestingly enough I went to strip the orange paint off of the flash hider so as to paint it black. And wouldn’t you know underneath the paint it’s anodized red(at least mine was).
Honest when I field(CQB) this gun lots of people want to take a look. All laughing aside, if they ask to shoot it, they usually add it to the top of their list of next guns to purchase. G&G nailed it with this gun.

"Fielded this gun for a 9-hour day of playing today. Very impressed. Stock was slightly wobbly after one game. Tightened down the hex screw more and it wasn't a problem again.
Pros:
-Light, maneuverable, easy to transition from shoulder to shoulder and doesn't get in the way while playing fast.
-Build quality is nice, the barrel is aluminum and the upper and lower receivers are very sturdy polymer.
-Shoots very straight out of the box. Landed a few ~150 foot kills at the urban field.
-Upgrades are plentiful and easy to do since it's essentially an ARP-9 on the inside
-FPS is right around 320 with a Titan 7.4v 3000mah battery and .25g bbs. Perfect for CQB.
-Trigger response on semi is very crisp. High quality, flat, metal trigger straight out of the box.
-Adjustable stock is a game changer for full face mask users. I run a Dye I5, and this is the most comfortable M4 replica I've ever used simply because the stock doesn't ever get in the way.
Cons:
-Limited space for foregrips and other accessories
-No iron sights out of the box
-Doesn't accept other muzzle devices without adapter
-Fire selector moves very easily. Accidental full autos happened on multiple occasions. Be careful of that.
-Limited battery space out of the box
-Buffer tube and stock seem to be sized differently to other M4s. I replaced the stock with a Krytac crane stock to add more battery space and getting it on was a legitimate pain. Furthermore, this stock does not fit on the buffer tube to my Krytac Trident... Maybe this is Krytac having dumb proprietary parts though.
Overall, while it's not perfect, it is very good. If you run a full face mask, this is the best M4 for you if you're willing to upgrade it and compromise on accessory space....
HOWEVER, if you do not run a full face mask, I see no reason to buy this over an ARP-9. It costs less, has the same internals, and is more customizable. For that reason, as well as the listed cons, I can't give this gun 5 stars. But I will give it a well-earned 4/5.

"I like it alot, snappy, more compact than my other guns i got the blue one its very nice looking. I dont play alot with it on full auto just mostly simi auto. I can spam the trigger as fast as i can and it takes it. The buffer tube feels fragil and i sometimes have the adjustment screw move when im in a game and it gets wobbly. The dust cover wont close. Pulled charging handle back once the day it arrived and it would never clip. I could fix it but i just dont care to much.
