Due to the lack of the pre-drilled holes on this lower handguard, the B-19/N upper handguard CAN NOT be used with this item, unlike the real ones.

"I'm used to real AK accessories and AKs not easily taking furniture or accessories. It's just inherent to the platform.
So my opinion is based off that.

I ordered this with no reviews anywhere because it was the cheapest thing I could get my hands on. I felt if the rear lug that attached to the receiver was too big, I could just dremel it to fit. However when I got it, it was WAY too small. With no tension (like wooden handguards have) you have to have everything fit snug, this thing rattled around more than an acceptable amount.

I wound up building up the sides with jb weld, till the lug wouldn't fit, then slowly sand it back. It worked a bit better, after that I "shimmed" it with a very space age AK technique, I put some aluminum foil around it and then banged it in to the receiver with a hammer. It's an AK, always bring out the hammer.

So yeah, I got it to work (in my cyma btw) but it definitely was not usable out of the box.
