"Have had one of these for a little over a year. When they first came out they had a re-call as the lights went through batteries very quickly and got very hot. Apparently it was a "programming" error in the flashlight. They sent a replacement light and some new batteries and a return "postage paid" envelope for the old light. Didnt cost me a dime.

Overall, the new light is very, very effective. The all aluminium body is very well made and the finish has held up well. Brightness and "range" is just amazing. It is much more powerful than my TLR 1 (maybe "too" powerful when used in a compact space, like a darkened hallway). The overall width and length are about the same. For some reason the "shorter" Wild 1 light has been delayed for quite a while. No new news there at this time.

The toggles used to turn on/off the light are very effective and appear to be better than those that were on their previous polymer pistol lights.

Appears to fit all "Universal" rail systems with no problems. However, it was a bit too tight on a Glock G19 and G17 "Guarder" frame and I had to slightly widen the slot on the pistol frame (carefully with a exacto-knife..doesnt take much..dont go overboard). Fits perfectly on my 1911's, SIG, Berretta CZ P09 and AAP-01 rails.

Overall, a very, very good weapon light.
