"Perfect fit for my older ICS M4 that developed a crack in the plastic lower receiver (it was three years old). This was during a game we played in the cold (around 35 degrees) and might have been related to the cold making the plastic brittle. The crack was located in front of the rear take down pin above the selector switch and I was worried that the receiver might split in half. I found the metal ICS lower here at Evike and decided to give it a try. It fit perfectly and everything transferred over from the old receiver without modification. I am very happy and will probably never have an issue with this receiver.

Pros:
All metal construction
All parts from my existing receiver fit perfectly including the upper and lower mech-box and grip (with motor).
Very nice paint and embossing
Old upper fit perfectly onto the lower (no modifications)

Cons:
None

If you have a plastic ICS receiver that is cracked or want to upgrade to a metal receiver this is a perfect replacement part.

"nice solid metal. The paint is good quality and isn't to glossy.
Pros:
Solid
good paint

Cons:
there was some excess paint in a couple holes that there shouldn't have been. (easy fix and just scrapped it of with a knife)
