"Still one of my favorite tappet plates. My Lonex and SHS ones have not had any issues, but I have typically used Guarder in all my higher-stress setups without issue. DSGs and higher-speed SSGs have gone many game days without breaking the tail off, unlike some other ones I've had. Only one gearbox has given it issues and it is because the guide rails inside the gearbox have extra material at the front. So I needed to sand down the sides of the tappet plate near the front to fit. Otherwise, no issues with fitment in anything so far.

"Hey guys so used this for my new build and it works fantastic! Version 2 Gearbox
Here is the parts list, I mostly used guarder for everything except for a few things.
This compression set works great together!

Bolt ported piston

"Everyone knows how great this tappet is and now I can attest to it. Perfect for any upgrade that requires a strong or good all around tappet.

"This tappet plate was a perfect replacement for a Tokyo marui m14 that a friend of mine had repaired.

"A nice little tappet plate. I was having feeding issues with my LCT G3 so I replaced the stock one with this one and I've not had a single issue since. Works perfectly, just as advertised.

"Strong tappet plate, if you plan to put this in a Krytac gearbox, it does not fit without modifications. For Krytacs you can either modify the tappet plate or the gearbox your choice, both work. After modifications to the gearbox, it works great. 9.5/10

"Funny how this review is literally written the same day as the only other one. (How coincidental)... Anyway, this is a great tappet plate. It is freaking ridiculously strong. I've stress tested it multiple times and it stood up to everything I threw at it. Realistically, this thing just won't break on you for a LONG time... If ever... I highly recommend this despite being as expensive as it is.

"Did not use it as I have a KWA RM4a1 with the 2GX gearbox in it and the tappet plate was proprietary but it seems very strong even stronger than the KWA one so if you have a standard version 2 gearbox then I would definitely recommend this product.

"Not sure why the other guy had problem with this. I have once of these from way back when I did a Gaurder FTK for my P90. It's been in there for more than 10 years with no issues. Maybe the sector gear cam or nozzel? It's currently still humming along, no signs of stopping and I have even subjected it to a Tienly 45000 and 25/50C 11.1v. At 40+ rps. We shall see how long THAT lasts, but it was fine at around 35rps in my previous setup.

"I tried this in my CYMA as well as an A&K version 7. It doesn't fit without a little modification, but feels a lot more trustworthy than any of the stock ones I pulled out.

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS! A while back I tried to replace a broken tappet plate in my P90 with this. Only to find my velocity taken a serious drop after installation. Upon closer inspection side by side with the factory tappet plate. I noticed the triangle part of this tappet plate isn't cut correctly, which resulted in heavy air leakage.
There's also the fact that for some reason they decided to make this out of polycarbonate. Which's hard, but also brittle. Consider the fact that the tappet plate really doesn't take on much compression stress during operation. There's really no benefit what-so-ever from the extra hardness. While extra brittleness adds a very real risk of the tappet plate breaking at the 90 degree sharp bent right below the nozzle slot when reciprocating in high speed. Nylon would've made more sense as the material of choice for this particular part.
