"As someone who owns a variety of platforms these pouches are a godsend. I used to have to change the mag pouches on my web gear depending on what I was running, but these are a one size fits all. The velcro feature is nice. I prefer pouches with buckles over velcro because they make less noise so having an integrated panel to cover the velcro is great. One potential downside is that they don't have an elastic retainer running across the pouch. This means that your mag is only retained by the tension in the flap. This causes some of the smaller mags to shift side to side. I didn't have any issues with losing mags, but be aware before you buy. Overall if you own multiple platforms these are an excellent option.

These also fit a variety of cylindrical shaped grenades.

"I use it as a GP pouch, to store extra mags, water bottle, Grenade, etc Works well, feels sturdy. Only thing I don’t like is that it’s buckle and Velcro, but extra secure and you can cover the Velcro if you want.
