"Pretty good sling. I was a little disappointed in it yesterday. When I purchase any load bearing items I test their strength before I use them. Sadly enough one of the D-rings on the sling snapped basically in half. But, once that happened, I found that the sling fit alot better without the extra loop that the sling wound through. The clips on it are great, they don't close fully over the front mount on my MP5 though, I have to sand the mount a little bit. As for the plastic D-rings, they seem a little flimsy to me but they hold up pretty well. Even if this sling broke you could repair it no problem.

This sling is very durable and easy to use, metal hook made everything much easier. A steal at $15!

"This is a decent sling for the price, however mine came with some defects and part of the sling snapped during a light test run with my GR-300 long rifle from this very site! It's been jury-rigged with zip ties now, and is holding more or less taut, but i'm somewhat disappointed that the other reviewers got ones without this odd defect. That being said, the overall quality is above-average, and if not for the unfortunate defect, I'd recommend the product to others.

Some things to note - including one thing the other reviewers have also mentioned about filing -

The actual sling latches need to be filed down a bit! They're just a tad too bulky to properly be affixed to any swivel mount.
The actual attachment points that the latches are affixed to are plastic, not metal like the latches themselves.

Other than that, this is a decent product for the price, but I would not buy one again. I'm looking into the more pricey slings now - I shouldn't have skimped out on them!

"This is a great sling! It's full metal and holds my G&G M4 nicely. It's also (though just barely cuz I have a crane stock) able to be used when firing, though I recommend an extension on it for long-term use as such. There's just one problem with it: the clips are too small! I had to go and buy a precision metal filing kit and (this being my first time ordering and not really thinking it through) after about a half hour of filing I destroyed the finish on my rear sling mount but got it to fit. I realized my mistake about halfway through and filed the clips to fit instead and saved my front mount. But fortunately this is metal so 1. I can file it in the first place and 2. it'll hold because I didn't take an enormous amount off of the clips (less than 1/32 of an inch).

Cons: You will have to file it to get it to fit (pro tip: file the clips not the mounts :P)

"I ordered this because, well, I needed a sling badly. Once it arrived, I quickly figured out that I had a problem. No matter how much I struggled, I just could not get it to clip onto my G36c. It shows it in the pictures, but I sat on my couch for twenty minutes trying to get the thing on. In the end, I had to ghetto rig it with key rings and it works as well as it should have in the first place.
