Why Mid-Cap Magazines?
Mid-Capacity magazines offer stealth operation by eliminating BB rattle often experienced with Hi-Caps. They feed smoother than Hi-Caps due to their high tension internal spring, similar to a real steel magazine. Since 470 round Hi-Capacity magazines don't exist in real life, a good amount of Mil-Sim players prefer Mid-Cap magazines for an even more realistic type of gaming experience.

Due to the design of all Mid-Cap magazines, they actually function better once you break them in. To do so spray some light silicone oil into the magazine, load and unload it a few times until BB's feed smoothly. This process breaks in the internal spring allowing it to function without problems each and every time.

"These are the ones to buy!
Mid Caps silent for the win.
Some AK’s I have did not take these mags with out a little work. Once you do the work they will be the best fitting Mags you own. On the back of the mag (trigger side when loaded) the peace of plastic that is healed in by the mag release has “diagonal edges” of you look at another mag that fits you will see the difference. The best way to find out what plastic you should remove on your airsoft is to use a heat gun to gently heat the back of the magazine then carefully try to put it into your AK The warm plastic will move on its own and then you can use a box cutter, file, or Dremel to remove “a minimal!” Amount of plastic. Boom no more Shake rattle and roll with the AK mag.

"Nice solid mags. They didn't want to latch in at first but after I sat there changing mags for a while, it worked some grooves in the back of them and now they fit nice and tight and make a very audible click when they lock in. I use them in my golden eagle ak and they work great however my buddy using a cyma ak can't get my mags to lock in (idk what cyma it is, think it usually goes for like 70-90 bucks)
