Matrix Full Size SR25-K Precision Rifle Airsoft AEG (Model: Metal Receiver / Black)

"I'm lovin it. I've always wanted to get my hands on and own an SR-25 and I found this one for just the right price. I got the polymer build one and was risking it because I've had a history with weak polymer on my rifles. This changed that. The construction has been very durable and very comfortable. The rifle is still a bit on the heavy size but if I got the full metal build then it would probably add a lot more weight. They did me a fast one and gave me an Avengers one SR-25K with full-auto added. I mean I ain't complainin. I'll take a full-auto, precise rifle anytime. It didn't come with a foregrip as advertised but I really don't care because usually, they are wobbly, poorly built sticks that don't provide any support. Only complaint is the dust cover. It's the only access to the hop up but it's magnetically shut. The mock bolt panel doesn't go back far enough to break the magnetic bond with the dust cover so you have either got to put something in between the dust cover and mock bolt panel or you just keep it open. Overall, it's a pretty solid rifle and I'm really looking forward to pimpin it out with some new external parts and attachments.

Pros:
- it's an SR-25 and it's best
- super accurate with a LPVO
- field strip is super user friendly with the hopup being divided into two parts (this could be a con but not for me)
- it was Christmas in January and they gave me a full auto kiss on the head
- super solid polymer build for being a polymer upper/lower gun
- weight isn't too bad
- internal parts are pretty good
- super duper comfortable including the pistol grip

Cons:
- dust cover dumbo
- front iron sight was a little rough on putting it up
- stock is a little wobbly but not too bad
- charging handle spring is weirdly attached

"Simply to most accurate, out of the box, airsoft gun I have ever purchases and I own 21 of them. It can repeated hit 'man sized' targets at 70 yards.

"If you are looking for a DMR but dont want to spend 300 or more just to start off, then you should look at this gun for sure. It looks kind of silly at first but Im putting a magpul handgaurd on it and an ics fixed stock. With those everyome will be asking what you got. When I took this out to the field the first time all of my friends were honestly scared of the thing. And evike says it only has semi auto. I think they just said that because full auto is just to OP! For 135$ your pretty much stealing it. The only problem I found with it is that when the battery ran low it just started shooting full auto for some reason. There is probably a way to fix this I just havent looked into it yet. 5/5 must get.

"Looking to build your DMR in a true DMR caliber but don't want to break the bank? This is your rifle. I purchase this DPMS Panther by A&K and am very pleased!! It shoots well right out of the box and with some minor upgrades (hopup, barrell) this thing is hard to beat! For the price you can't beat it either! You can easily swap out the external hand guard as well for a more Tacti-cool hand guard of your liking. Or you can just leave it as is and place a nice scope on top to take out those long distance threats! I totally recommend this gun! You can't beat it and it's better than trying to DMR an M4!

"Solid gun, overall. I replaced the stock for a fixed m16 stock, and replaced the handguard with a 12.5 inch rail system. This made the gun look considerable better. The cheap price makes it a great gun to buy new internals for.

Pros:
Good FPS out of box.
Solid construction.
Compatible with most M4 externals, besides the receivers.
High potential for upgrade.
The iron sights are full metal and easy to aim with.

Cons:
Really ugly with the default handguard and stock.
Fire rate on auto is on the lower side, but I use this gun as a DMR, so that is not an issue for me.

In full, this is a great SR-25 to get and modify. Has a lot of potential.

"Very happy with the performance of it stock. Maybe a few minor upgrades otherwise very solid so far.

"So i just recently got this gun and straight out of the box it was worth it. No damage, no rust, perfect finish and its weight is surprisingly evenly balenced its not front heavy nor back heavy and its a managable weight. Its an overall above averave full metal m4 Aeg with a dmr barrel and a great feel.

-easy to put battery in and out of stock (The book in it shows two stocks for battery instal it has nither you pull the ajustment leaver downwords and pull off the stock)
-Evike dosnt say it but it also functions in full auto at an insane rpm

Cons
-uses alot of power (Dont get a matrix butterfly 9.6V they last 20 min or less with it because of the hight proformance spring and moter and gearbox)
-The 2 mags it comes with hold 300 bbs not 450 bbs like evike says they also suck and half the time dont feed into the gun

The handguard for people who are whondering is a delta ring and is 6" and removable

"While the rifle is manufactured by Dpms and Palco Sports it is licensed by cyber gun and OEM by A&K it is a quality and sturdy rifle that is a great platform for a DMR. It contains a 509mm inner barrel and 20" outer barrel. It has standard m4 hand guard so for a bi-pod or grip a picatinny rail or a new ris is needed. and it has a triangle sight so for a scope a riser is needed. it comes with 2 highcap 420-480rd magazines sr-25 version. a riser, grip, scope and picatinny rail were installed on this. The hop up out of the box needed to be adjusted. every thing is metal except for the handguard, stock, and grip. Finally there was slight stock wobble but it's negligible.

Performance it has a good base gun range better than a regular rifle. It has good a fps for a dmr. It's around 8-8.5 pounds with battery, full mag, scope, and riser so a sling is recommended. Installing the battery in the stock is a little wonky and not for a quick field change but acceptable. If planning to create into a dmr, a tightbore barrel, bucking , and new hopup are a must. Instead of a bipod and grip a grip pod would be a positive option also.

"This rifle is a must have! Shoots very good and long range right out of the box, and upgrades are very easy to find and install. I've worn out the selector switch and had to have it replaced recently from switching between semi-full auto lol

"This was my first good Airsoft gun I got it for 200 and it's grat it's superror accurate and the iron sightso aren't that bad. The gun is front heavy so that kinda sucks but I just got back in shape being able to bench to only do 40 push ups but after I was doing 80 so after that it's light as paper. The foldable stock is great I love it but the way you put the battery in is just dum and retarded. The gun can go fully atomic and the fps is too high for me and after cutting the spring it's sound like a dying cat that can nail a 1SQUARE foot target at 70 ft

Orange tip would just not come off being glued with cement or something had to take it to evike to take it off

"Amazing gun.

Received mine wed Sept 15th and its been amazing. Immediately put on a Bipod and a 9x scope. Sighted in the scope.. and its been a beast. I've yet to use it in a match but it shoots Semi-Auto and Full Auto without changing anything.

Doesn't come with a battery but I got a 1600 battery and its been fine. Looking to add a green laser soon before I go to my first game.

Unit is heavy and gets the job done at quite a good range. At least effective over 100 yards. I cant really guess but I am able to shoot things from quite a distance out with .25g BB's with ease.

A&K makes some solid rifles.. Sold me on all my future purchases.

"This gun really rocks. Out of the boxes awesomeness. Got this gun about two months ago and its rocks first time out with it lit up one of my friends and he felt it the rest of the time we played best feeling ever. Its awesome knowing that now ive got the hardest hitter and its even better than my buddies actual sniper. This is a great buy.
