" I had the same problem with my King Arms Galil SAR externals falling apart as the other reviewer had with his ICS. If the design is similar, you need to tighten down onto the outer barrel the two allen screws underneath the close end of the gas tube. All of those externals are held by tension like puzzle pieces. The two screws are the key.
