" First of all, this helmet is not made by Matrix. It's actually made by Emerson. For the actual helmet, it's made of decent quality. The one thing I would replace immediately is the NVG shroud. The stock shroud is not securely fitted on the helmet and can be ripped off when using Norotos Rhino Arm. One thing I liked the most was that it included a repro H-Nape chin strap system. Lastly, I would recommend to buy better pads for a more secure helmet fit.
