About Specna Arms Specna Arms is a brand manufactured in Hong Kong. Our aim is to deliver high-quality, good-looking and reasonably-priced Airsoft replicas. We are constantly developing both technical and visual aspects of our products to offer our customers the best airsoft experience.
About Rock River Arms In 1996, brothers Mark and Chuck Larson founded Rock River Arms in an 1,800 square foot shop in Cleveland, Illinois. Mark and Chuck together brought over 40 years of varied experience in the firearms manufacturing industry into their new endeavor. Rock River Arms soon developed a reputation as one of the finest builders of hand fitted custom 1911 pistols, and their NM frames and slides set new industry standards for tight tolerances, fit and finish. The brothers soon turned their manufacturing expertise and attention to detail into producing custom .223 caliber "AR" style rifles. Their initial focus on tightening up tolerances and improving the fit, finish and reliability of their rifles was rewarded as the Rock River Arms NM A2 Rifle quickly gained popularity among high-power shooters.Today, operating out of approximately 50,000 square foot (and growing) state-of-the-art facilities in Colona, Illinois, the company is producing a full line of custom rifles, parts and accessories, all built with the same focus on providing the finest fit, finish and function at a reasonable price. The quality and reliability of Rock River Arms firearms continues to win new admirers. The U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) put a variety of different manufacturer's rifles through an exhaustive trials process, and based on those trials awarded Rock River Arms with a 5 year contract as their primary supplier. Since that time Rock River Arms has received additional federal contracts.Rock River Arms remains committed to continuing to provide its civilian, law enforcement and military customers with the kind of custom products and services on which its reputation has been built.

" I bought the 12” M-Lok and… Dang. I knew this would be a good gun, but not this good out of the box. Took it to the field yesterday and I was out-performing many HPAs. That is something that can’t be said about many AEGs. This thing is a laser w/ .28g bbs. Trigger response and accuracy are perfect. Good durability, although the stock was a bit wobbly and the gun is picky on magazines. I’ve found that the Elite Force M4 mags work well. Stock is an easy fix. Chrono’d around 310fps w/ .32g bb, also perfect for my local outdoor field. Well done, Specna & RRA.
" I purchased the 8" Suppressed version in late 2023.
I want to open this review simply with the fact that I love this airsoft gun. I had played airsoft from about 2006 to 2014 and then took a break for almost 10 years. Coming back into the sport and getting this as my first AEG back was amazing. This gun would have been top of the line, only rich kids could afford back in the early 2010s. Now, you can get it for like $280 ish - blows my mind.
The gun is very well constructed, but there is a lot of wobble/shake of things. The bolt release shakes. The mag has some wobble, as does the stock (minimal though). I got an 11.1 LiPo and with .28s this thing is almost a laser beam. Trigger response is amazing, rate of fire is great, it performs so well out of the box.
The motor did get a little warm on a 55 (F) degree day mostly shooting semi. I don't remember my FPS out of the box, but it was respectable. I definitely did not feel outgunned or outclassed on my first day back out, even from people with HPA or highly upgraded guns.
If you are looking for a very solid beginner gun, look no further. Wait for a good sale and pick this up!
" This gun is a great gun even for starters. If you are looking to buy a great upgraded gun with this budget, buy this. I feel like this is more worth it than your local airsoft shop’s 1200 dollar build with a titan in it. This gun performs just as well as those guns. Only wobble is in the stock and mag. DO NOT change the hop up unit. This gun is INCOMPATIBLE with MAXX hop up unit with numbered dial to select hop up pressure. Keep the hop up unit stock unless you want to get rid of the flat hop and do standard small nub and normal bucking. I used a regular nub and Kwa 2GX bucking and it hops even better. With more accuracy. I upgraded the spring to a matrix m125 spring. I will be buying more SPECNA arms as I have the j series 105 and the carbine rifle that is 319. Also, the 319$ carbine will claim to have a vertical grip in the description but it does not. It does have the aster mosfet even for its low $319 price. My gun is now shooting 374 FPS with .30 gram BBs. This gun performs spectacular and sounds well shimmed and quiet. I RECOMMEND THANK YOU SPECNA ARMS
