Features Brushless AEG motor 7075 Aluminum high quality casing Total custom in-runner design with maximum power and torque High temperature resistant quality copper windings High quality magnets Internal ESC with over amp draw and low voltage cut off to protect the motor and battery High Precision CNC design High quality D-cut removable pinion gear for easy switch outs Highly efficient, durable, and reliable. The constant contact of the brushes with the power terminals of a brushed motor is necessary for it to maintain its rotation. However, the friction that this creates means that a huge portion of the energy generated by the rotational motion is wasted as heat. Generally, the efficiency of brushed motors is limited within the range of 75% to 80%.
Brushed motors are notorious for having parts that get worn out after a while, requiring frequent dismantling and parts replacement. This is because the brushes of the commutator need to maintain almost constant contact with the terminals of the power source, even as the commutator rotates rapidly. When brushes get worn out and can no longer maintain contact, a brushed DC motor basically becomes useless.
This is less of a problem with brushless motors. In fact, there is essentially no contact between the rotor and stator of a brushless motor, so wear and tear are greatly reduced.
Longer life expectancy. The accelerated wear and tear due to constant contact of the brushes and the energy generated as heat means that brushed motors are expected to break down much sooner than brushless motors. It is generally not recommended to operate a brushed motors for longer than several minutes continuously. Without a chance to cool down, heat buildup in brushed motors can easily compromise the integrity of its coils or brushes. Although in brushless motors there is still some heat generation due to air friction, this is kept at a manageable level. Brushless motors can typically run from 30 minutes to an hour continuously with no problems.

Why use a brushless motor in your AEG? Brushless DC motors have no brushes to get worn out, they represent a huge leap forward in technology. Brushless output significantly higher efficiency and performance, and have a lower susceptibility to mechanical wear than their brushed counterparts.
Brushless motors offer several other advantages, including; Higher torque to weight ratio Increased torque per watt of power input (increased efficiency) Increased reliability and lower maintenance requirements Reduced operational and mechanical noise Longer lifespan (no brush and commutator erosion) Elimination of ionizing sparks from the commutator (ESD) Near-elimination of electromagnetic interference (EMI) View Official Evike.com Article Here!About Warhead Industries Warhead is part of a Chinese registered company (KO Venture Technologies) with staff hailing from Europe, UK, Australia and China. " Insane motor but beware if you get the 52k and planning on using 11.1v you will need to tweak the gearbox... Ive got the 52k for my arcturus ak with 18:1 gears and a m130 spring on 11.1v i got pme so had to short stroke 2 teeth. The stock spur gear snapped in half after like 200 rounds so i bought the zci gear set then exploded a bearing so i got a set of solid bushing. After all this i gave it hell and fired over 1000 bbs in less than 1 hour and absolutely no issues. With this setup ive got 34 rps and the only thing i need is a sector gear delay chip to get rid of feeding issues when i go near the end of my mid cap mags with .28g
Over all awesome motor i don't regret buying the 52k its a beast !!
" Put this in my LCT RPD and it shoots like fire.. but without the heat. insane rate of fire. If you are using a SAW with an unreliable drum I wouldn't buy this. The only reason it works in mine is because it has a Bull Gear insert in the drum. So far, so good. The only thing that is iffy is the pinion gear, but only time will tell. Really cool, very effective motor. Only downside is the cost. I would go for the cheaper version or wait for more to come out.
" I have one if these in my lmg build (30k) and it's a monster. It never let's me down and the sound turns heads. Highly recommend!
