"Put this on my LCT ak74
yes, you will either have to modify the selector mechanism by removing the notch (recommend since it will come out cleaner) or, you can do what I did, which was to sand a bit of material on my belt sander on the side where the notch would go to accommodate the notch. works just fine.
I like that the selector lever hole was a tight,. Because once I tightened it down all the way, it felt very sturdy.

"Ignore the reviews here, this product has been perfect for me, I installed it on both my polarstar ak and my cyma ak. Install was a breeze, no more than 5 minutes to install, the reach is perfect, so now your index finger can reach your selector switch. I order one with every ak purchased, the quality is above average, it won't blow you away but for its intended purpose it functions exactly the way you need it to. A higher quality material will in no way perform better than this.

"I have a CYMA 040D so this is based on that gun.
1) The tube part of the fire selector does not have a notch that matches my gun. I had to grind out the notch.
2) THE SELECTOR DID NOT FIT INTO ITS OWN DUCKING TUBE-PART. You'd expect that two parts that comes together in a kit would fit together. I had to hammer the two pieces together, and it dented the metal.

"Does not work with a Cyma CM040D (AK-74m replica).
There is no notch on the actual selector and will not fit, thus not being able to switch between safe, auto, or semi. The lever itself feels okay and its feels nice and firm; the only thing that kills it is the fact that it just will not function as intended

"Very cheap feeling and isn't compatible with most AK models. It feels very brittle and thin and like it could break very easily. It's coated with a similar coating that's on DBoys parts, but it's nowhere near as good quality as that.
Spend the money on a better quality selector lever and don't buy this unless you don't have a choice.

"This does not fit on TM style AKs, and also doesn't fit any standard version 3 gearbox unless you plan on modifying it significantly. I am extremely disappointed with this product.
