"Charging handle broke off and gun has problems wanting to switch to full auto now after 2 years of use. but still my go to primary weapon

"Things you need to know
The good
-Full steel tooth piston rack
-Non ported cylinder
-Quick change spring system that can be accessed by simply removing a receiver pin by hand
-Very robust gears and bushings
-Microswitch trigger system, can easily be replaced with a generic microswitch with minimal modification
-S&T mag and buffer tube adapter fit perfectly. The hole where the bbs come out of needs to be widened a little bit, but its an easy mod

The bad
-the original stock feels flimsy. but easily replaceable
-The charging handle is also very flimsy
-Inner barrel is aluminum

I threw in a high torque motor from an AK that I had laying around
I shimmed the gearbox
Threw in a M120 spring
Threw on the S&T M4 mag and stock adapter combo ($20, feels more sturdy now)
Threw in a G&G blue bucking

Im getting 370 - 2 fps

This is my favorite sleeper build. It sounds very nice. Pulls the spring with no effort. For $190 after parts. Considering that it came with that piston and cylinder (That's a pre installed upgrade in my opinion, considering that a lot of high end guns use ported cylinders and pistons with 1 steel tooth, which saved me money), its definitely a big bang for your buck, if what you like is great performance that will last.

"If you are beginning and don't want a basic m4 and look like a normal "meh" gun guy but still want something accurate, BUY IT.
Got it for my Bday and I fired it about 7yards away semi 10 times and only about 1 inch spread.

Pros;
Accurate
Cheap price but made great
Folding stock
Upgradeable
Surprisingly good FPS
Comes with 440rd high cap mag
Great for lefty, right, or ambidextrous players as it is mirrored
Easy hop up adjustment
2 different iron sight options
Great rail space

Cons;
Not best FPS
Stock a little low for cheek weld
Have to wind mag every 10-13 shots
Drifts off course after about 400-600 ft
Orange tip compensator does not come off easy so no easy silencer
Hard to put camera on it

All in all it is a perfect gun and I cannot recommend it enough for people wanting new style, beginning, or just looking for mess around gun.

"I got one of these bone yard and easily fixed it up, given the only problem was a broken off fire selector switch. It fires great on a 9.6v NiMh and even better on an 11.1v LiPo, but if this is your first gun, get the 9.6v battery. This g36c makes a brilliant starter gun, its light, consistent, and NOT AN M4. But a word from the wise, DO NOT USE THE BATTERY IT COMES WITH. It is an 8.4v NiMh battery and is slower than molasses at shooting the gun. Ditch it or only use it if you have to.

Pros:
Fully upgradeable
Licensed by H&K
G36 mag compatibility
Excellent beginner gun
Metal gears and gearbox
Ambidextrous
Metal rails for customizability
The folding stock lets you aim down sight without a cheek weld, letting me in my Dye i5 aim better
Price

Cons:
The gearbox shell is cheap pot metal but that's to be expected
Made of ABS plastic, but at this price, it is expected as well (DO NOT DROP THIS GUN)
I can't really think of much else to say because the gun itself is very solid

It is a low-ish end gun so do not expect the best performance. In airsoft the phrase, you get what you pay for is incredibly self-evident with guns costing thousands of dollars being the best and $20 walmart guns are nowhere to be seen. With that being said, this is a great price to performance gun and I would absolutely recommend for a tech wanting to make a custom gun (me) or a beginner looking to get into airsoft.

"This lightweight Rifle is perfect for any type of play style from indoor cqb games all the way to MilSim events. You can even fire this for a vehicle! I'm a huge HK fan and this G36C is no difference. Sure there are better and higher quality G36Cs from ARES AND VFC but for someone who wants a fully licensed G36C without breaking the bank, this is the obvious choice! I have upgraded mine with a M120 spring, tightbore barrel, and a high torque motor and a better bucking. I also use a 9.6 1600 mAh nunchuck and it's a tight fit but will fit just have to be very careful.
Pros. Lightweight
Easy to maneuver in all types and various gameplay
Easy take down and customizable upgrades
It's not an M4!
Great build quality with one of the better hop-up units
Great bang for the buck
Cons. It's plastic but the real life rifle is also plastic just wish it was a slightly higher quality (nickpicking here)
The rear sling ring for a sling could be bigger
For a little bit extra money could get a higher quality version if you have the money that is ( I didn't :))
Overall I would recommend this rifle to anyone. My friend bought one after I did and we just absolutely love using these at our local CQBs arenas.

"Bought this gun for my son a few months ago, and it has held up really well. Accuracy, durability, light weight yet strong enough to handle what he throws at it.
by David W. on 11/02/2017
"My not-so-local field uses these as AEG rentals, and despite the fact they are all beat up and some dont have functional safteys anymore, these soldiers just keep marching. I once had to use a rental after my pistol went down, and was lucky enough to have a new gun. These things handle great, feel good despite the polymer build, and are excellent for cqb.

"I love this! I was so excited to get it, and it feels great! It's comfortable, It stays true to its fps estimate, despite the description, it comes with a Mag, Battery, and Charger (And gun too, obviously). Its great! Shoots awesome, Didn't even need to adjust the Hop-up! :)
(BEWARE: I bought one of the spare mags that Umarex says you'll need, it's slightly different from the one that comes from the gun, and mine seems to have an issue locking in, the one that came with the gun is the only mag that is working with it.

"I think people over look this hidden gem right here.

Pros:
Light weight (about 5 lbs)
easy to disassemble
quick change spring
Very nice hop up
Can take aftermarket parts

Cons:
the mags kinda suck, everyone I know has had issues with them except for me.
the battery storage is the hand guard

I loved having this gin and I will probably buy one again. its very easy to upgrade and field strip. its a very inexpensive gun that you can keep with you for many years if you wanted.

"i've had this gun for about 2 years. It shoots at about 300 fps with .20s, but your mileage may vary. I really haven't had any problems with this gun. Accurate, considering the short barrel length. ROF is awesome! probably somewhere around 16-18 with a 9.6v battery. If you play cqb and your field allows full auto, I'd say get this gun. I use it outdoors to and can compete with people using 350-400fps just because its so accurate and shoots so many bbs down range. Hi cap mags are great. Although I am content with this gun now, i recommend getting the Classic Army "Delta 10." at the same price. it shoots around 350 which is the perfect balance considering most cqb fields have an fps limit of 350, and a built in mosfet. i give this gun 5 stars because it's lasted me a couple years with no problem and is great for cqb.

"This gun is very durable and shoots great. good for indoor and outdoor environments. The folding stock is also nice

Pros:
It's a sexy gun
The fps and range is amazing
Can change hindsight
Love the mag design
Realistic weight

Cons:
Charging handle is a little flimsy
Kinda hard to get the battery into the gun
by Nolan H. on 03/13/2014
"Just yesterday I had an airsoft war at my local church with this gun and it preformed very well I am not an airsoft expert but I can tell you that this gun shot accurately from 100 to 125 yards. The gun sounds very cool and it is completely ambidextrous. the hop-up is the only con because it is a little hard to change.
Pros
You look cool
fully upgrade-able
rail system
not heavy
low profile
fold in stock
feels great in your hands
sounds great
ambidextrous
almost pin-point accuracy
and the mag does not miss feed

cons
hop-up is difficult to adjust
by andrew w. on 12/20/2012

by jamie j. on 10/15/2012
"got this gun about 2 weeks ago and I love it. full metal gearbox makes upgrades to the spring a pinch. the battery lasts a really long time. i used it for about 9 hours without before i had to charge it. can not wait for.my upgrade parts to arrive to make this thing pack a larger punch.

pros: good price
love the rail system
easy upgrades

cons: hop up is kinda hard to adjust
