"While these mags are fairly heavy, they are built very well. I have 8 of them. The look great. They also maintain efficient gas usage. 5-6 seconds on the gas fill and is the perfect amount for the entire mag. Minimal gas waste.

"These magazines are the best option for the KWA LM4. Theyre the lightest and hold the most BBs in comparison to the others. They also have a new coating similar to the updated LM4s which is much more scratch resistant and matte in finish.
Only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is that some of them will still leak from the release valve out of the package.

"Great mags. I've used mine pretty heavily for a year now and my mags are leak free so far. Haven't had any experience with the PMAG mags so can't comment on those but these work so far. These are actually heavier than a loaded real AR15 magazine but that's fine. It's good training. This rifle gets used for training as well as airsoft games so the mags get beat up pretty bad. I try not to drop them on hard ground as the feed lips are prone to breaking if they fall top down. Usually I make sure they go into a dump pouch when on the field. This is also because they are expensive and losing an AEG mag is bearable but losing a LM4 mag is not.
I only give is 4 instead of 5 stars because of the fragility of the top of the magazine. For a training rifle you need to be able to treat these mags just like real ones. I don't hesitate to drop my real PMAGS and aluminum mags on the deck but these you can't do that with unless you want to have a stack of spare feed lips laying around.

"these magazines are awesome they are to scale of a full STANAG mag and i prefer this mag over the Pmag for many reasons
1.this mag is cheaper
2.maintaining the mag is more easy than the Pmag
3.construction of the internals is better the gas reservoir is made of out of one solid block of steel
and keeps it from leaking gas
4.fixing leaks is easy
5.the weight of one pmag equals out two of these regular lm4 mags
i only have a couple problems with this mag the paint on this get scratched of very easily as well as the lm4 itself paint. the mags can get leakey easily for example dropped but it is an easy fix
pros
internal construction is good
easy Maintenance
fixing a leak is easy
light weight
cons
paint scratches off easily
can get leaky if dropped
over all if you want were desiding between the pmag and the STANAG
