" Meant to review these a while ago, bought mine a few years back. Overall the mags function great, but if you want to put them in an original or quality reproduction 20 round mag pouch, don't bother. They won't fit without stretching the flaps on the pouch. These are about 3/8 inch longer than real steel 20 round Thompson mags. I believe if you're going to do something worth doing, DO IT RIGHT!!!!!! I'm really starting to dislike Matrix products (I received their abomination of a wood kit for my Thompson today, HIGELY disappointed in the "quality"). In the field I run the much more expensive (and much higher quality!) Tokyo Marui 190rd mags as they ACTUALLY FIT in my original mag pouch. You only get 20 more rounds with these turds at the expense of accuracy in detail. But if you don't care about things being right, then there's nothing wrong with these mags.
" Will need some grinding to fit King Arms Thompson. Extremely tight fit. You can jam it in there, but yanking it back out will be a chore and a half.
