" Works as intended. Kind of pricy but you know how these things go
" i bought this threaded adapter extension so i can use any 14mm ccw suppressor on my MP9 without replacing or taking out the stock flash hider on my MP9. The problem is..it would not fit on the stock mp9 flash hider because of the orange thick paint. the idea was to keep the orange paint which requires if you live in California and yet still be able to use any suppressor with this adapter. But it doesn't work with that thick orange paint that KWA had put on those hiders. i could not even slip it in. so i ended up removing the paint. which now voids the warranty of my mp9 hoping nothing goes wrong with until the next 35 days. anyway, after the paint was removed from the tip, i was able to put it one. but there is a wobble! there is a allen or hex screw on the adapter to line up and locks on the hider. it is not tight fit. but i guess it works. i give it 4 star because of all the work i have to do to get this adapter working.
" It will do the job of allowing you to mount a tracer or mock suppressor, but it is not a simple twist lock. It requires the use of a 1/8” hex wrench to tighten a single small screw that will dig into and scratch the nice black finish your muzzle after using paint stripper to get the orange off. Even with the single screw tightened the security seems questionable. If I continue to use this, I will most likely drill and tap 2 more holes evenly spaced and aligning with the lugs to match the one already there. May even drill and tap the actual muzzle.
