"it sits in my cybergun FAMAS just fine. its snug but not a chore, i did take off the grenade launcher sight since i wont need it. the only issue is keeping the charging handle out of the way while screwing it in, but after that it is fine. Ive got my red dot on and i can still see the iron sights fine

"I got this rail the week they first got them and all I can say is; This really is an amazing rail. It fits the Cybergun FAMAS perfectly without question but then again it was designed for that one. (The packaging says designed for cybergun FAMAS) They are also nice enough to include on the back of the package a set of directions on how to make it fit a non-Cybergun FAMAS. In my opinion this rail is way better then the other ones that evike offeres.

"First off this is makes your famas very top heavy. Do some hardcore research and you'll find lighter smaller options. Also, it sits to far away from your eyes so scopes are more difficult. Bore out the closest screw hole to the original hole. The scope rail is now in a more appropriate spot
