"I figured I’d review just to give a couple points of info because it’s a simple rail, so what really can anyone review?
1. No, it does not come with the little pin. Might not be necessary as I describe below.
2. Maybe the alpine is slightly different than the normal vectors, but I don’t imaging so; make sure this is what you want before getting it an putting it on. I thought the rail/handguard that comes with the alpine would fit over this piece, but it didn’t. Since my plan of easily swapping between that part and just this bottom rail didn’t work out, I figured I’d take it off. Except I couldn’t. It’s such a tight fit, which was obvious by putting it on, that I had to resort to cutting the rail at the thinnest part to get it off.
Otherwise, it’s a well made piece..?
