NorthEast Airsoft STEN Mk.6 Gas Blowback Airsoft SMG

"As with all their other products, Northeast has once again delivered a beautiful replica that looks and feels as if it were the real thing. The Mk6 is a very unique and often forgotten variant of the Sten, which is the main reason I was able to bring myself to pay the high price for it. I can't say that this thing is objectively worth $100 more than the Mk5, but given that we will probably never get another Sten Mk6 in airsoft ever again, I had to get it. As I am more of a collector than a player, I cannot really speak to its performance, although I feel that it would probably be a bit awkward to field, as the suppressor is fairly long, and the mag is heavy which pulls the gun sideways. Overall it is an awkward weapon to hold, and certainly an awkward one to run around with or try to use a sling with. However, it looks beautiful on my wall, and I do not regret purchasing it. Giving it 4 out of 5 stars because the first one I received I had to send back due to a small part breaking off the magazine well after rotating it the first time. The second one I got had difficulties with the mag well rotating at all, but I eventually got it sorted out. These are hand assembled so these kinds of things can be expected. If you are interested in it, just go ahead and get it. At the time of writing this review, Northeast have discontinued their Sten line, so whatever Evike has in-stock now is all they are ever going to have.
