Matrix Steel Cylinder for VSR10 & WELL L96 Airsoft Sniper Rifles

"For being $30 this is a pretty good cylinder, IF you make some small modifications. I would strongly advise to heavily sand down the edges of the slot, they are stupid sharp.
PROS:

- Very smooth interior bore
- Nice cylinder head with stopping pad

CONS:
- Was a little bowed around the slot (probably shipping damage)
- Extremely sharp edges on slot.
- Leftover residue from manufacturing inside

"OVERVIEW
Bought this in the hopes that it would work with the Matrix Power Up spring guide, m170 spring and piston. No issues with the Power Up kit working with it.
Minor sanding (actually drilled and sanded) was required to the MB11B bolt handle to make it fit.

PROS
► Works with the Matrix Power Up Kit for VSR10s
►Works in the Well MB11B (with minor modification to the bolt handle)
CONS
►Hand to drill and sand it to make it work with the Wellfire MB11B VSR10 (20 minutes worth of work)

"So let me start by saying this is a very nice item, heavy in weight and appear to be extremely durable, but when i put it in my stock cylinder and cocked the bolt by pulling it back it was working perfectly, but as soon as i tryed to push the bolt forward it was stuck. I ordered the matrix cylinder and will see if that fixes my problem. I am slightly dissapointed it didnt work very well, but am happy evike had the item to hopfully fix my issue.

"Very good for the price, IF you are willing to fiddle with it to make it work correctly. First none of the milled edges were chamferd, the slot was razor sharp. Not a big deal quick swipe of some fine sandpaper knocked off the edge. The bore was not cleaned very well and I had to wash the thing out with parts cleaner and a rag before assembly. Would have made a mess of the piston.

The bolt arm end is nicely secured and has zero play. This is a huge improvement over many crimped stock bolts.

My biggest issue is the milling of the nozzle. The second step is made so sharp and so close to 90 degrees that it does not engage smoothly in either a typical VSR10 style or on the PDI style hop up chamber.

I am going to try to dremel the angle for a smoother transition .
