" I love this gun. Or, that is, I love one of them. I bought two of these, one black and one black and tan. The black one wasn't super accurate, it hit to the left of where I was aiming. However, the black and tan one hits dead on target at 20-25 feet. There shouldn't be anything different between the two, other than the color of the plastic. So, it may be one of those things where experiences will vary from gun to gun. However, I'm reviewing the one that works better. In fact, I got rid of the black one and kept the black and tan one and I have 4 mags with it because each gun came with 2. Aside from being accurate, the gun also feels nice in the hand even though it's all plastic and on the lighter side. However, it has a lot of features that I really like, such as a working trigger safety and the slide locks back on an empty mag. Also, the trigger, safeties, slide release and mag release are all metal, which is nice. So, overall, I love my black and tan PPQ, it's a great target shooter.
" Actually a very good springer pistol. Holds up to cold and snow well, has not cracked in any places. It also has some features I have not seen on most other springers. The slide locks back when the magazine is empty, which is super helpful in letting you know when to change the mag. It also has a release lever that throws the slide forward after you load a new mag.
Pros:
Super durable
Easy to use
lightweight
Cons:
the magazines have reservoirs, which makes them loud from all the bbs (i just don't fill the reservoir)
the hop up is set a little high on mine and the bbs hit way above the iron sight at close range
" This pistol has a metal trigger, safety, slide release, and chamber. The bottom half is made of a nice polymer that feels like it would hold up from small drops but probably not being thrown of a building onto concrete. The top feels thinner but isn't going to disintegrate in your hands while using it, I tried pumping it as fast as I could and didn't have any miss feeding or jams. The only issue I had while shooting was I occasionally bumped the slide release while priming back and it would lock open but I've gotten better at not doing this. The sights are just kinda ok and I ended up painting white dots on them easier to focus on.
The magazines are advertised as holding 15 BBs and while you technically can squeeze 16 in the last one doesn't stay in very well and i wouldn't recommend doing it. However you can also fill a reservoir in the back of each mag with "85" BBs and shake them into the empty mag, this works well but I found its easier to do with less BBs in the reservoir. (Also the slide locks open on an empty magazine witch is very cool)
The mag release is ambidextrous but the slide release is not, it has a trigger safety witch works perfectly and a switch safety on the side but the switch is small hard to turn with your hands and Ive ended up using the magazine feeding lips to turn it.
Overall this is the best spring pistol Ive ever had and I'm very happy with it, I ordered the Tan version but the one i received is more of an olive/green color not sure why but its not a big deal to me.
