"The best pistol I have ever owned (who am I kidding, I've only owned this one!). Great kickback, good magazine capacity, the only downside being that one of my mags did not have a proper seal.

As a final note, I can tell you I picked off enemies from 70 feet away, uphill.

"Excellent airsoft transition piece. Mag has a little wiggle but it is absolutely nothing to worry about, but the feed lip (based of other reviews) will break if you slip and let it shoot upwards. The solution is to pull the spring slightly down and load bbs into it through the feed lip.

Starting out, straight out of the box it’s lubed up pretty good, feels great in your hands, very sturdy, no wobbling anywhere, feels complete. I ordered an extra magazine with mine but you’re gonna get only 1. Co2 mag is nice, heavy and feels sturdy. Filling up a mag is kind of tricky if you don’t have nails but other than that it’s easy. I shot it with Co2 and .28g BB’s and this thing was a laser. Filled the mag up most of the way and shot at about 50’ to 100’ and it was very accurate up to the 100’ range, then the bb’s would start to fall off. Co2 is very efficient with this pistol, I got about 3 1/2 mags with one Co2 cartridge. Adjusting the hop up is very easy to do, which is another big plus.

Overall, I would highly recommend this pistol if you want a true 1:1 replica as well as an accurate, hard kicking sidearm. Gets good gas mileage, looks and feels fantastic, and can easy be broken down and or upgraded.

Co2 version chrono’d at 370-380 fps with .28g bb’s

"The M17 is awesome love the performance had it for a year now still shoots like brand new. I do clean and maintenance it and I drop this weapon at least 3 times a day so it can take a beating and its accurate up to 25 meters with .25 BBs. I found the CO2 does better than green gas if not the same overall its just like the real thing with performance.

"Bought the refurbished co2 version of this and have had ZERO problems!!!! feels amazing in the hand and i have big hands. It kicks very hard that the REAR SIGHT PLATE RATTLES LOSE so put thread locker on the screws to fix that.

"Amazing gun! Blowback is super snappy. Feels like shooting a 22 pistol. It's fairly loud, and really fun to shoot. It goes through a lot of Co2 though, about 1 bottle for 3 magazines.

"So I decided to finally get a good GBB pistol, since I have been using either a revolver or a spring pistol, and wanted something with higher capacity and semi-auto capability. I opted for the black Sig ProForce M17 and was not disappointed. First off, it comes with 1x M17 Pistol, 1x 21rd magazine, 1x instruction manual, 1x allen wrench, and 1x hop adjustment tool (I believe that is everything), all packed up in a nice little Sig Sauer ProForce box. Second, it looks great. It features a polymer frame and metal slide. It performs great out of the box, and has a nice kick, which makes it very fun to shoot. It is also loud, which makes it even more fun. It feels great in my hand, and has a nice trigger pull. It also features adjustable hop-up, which is really great. I've put several mags through it, and it is pretty accurate. One of the best parts about it is that the slide and frame separate in the same way as a real P320-M17. I did only get about 3 or so mags on one C02 cartridge, but this may be the cold. The only other cons so far in my ownership of it are that the magazine is a bit difficult to load and the disassembly latch sometimes doesn't line up quite right.

Oh, and you have to rack it before you shoot it, which adds to the realism

Cons:
Seems to eat up C02 (though this may be the North Idaho cold)
Magazine is a bit difficult to load
Sometimes hard to reassamble (you just gotta work at the latch, it'll eventually line up)
Maybe a bit pricey

Overall, I recommend this pistol. 8/10
