SHS CNC Aluminum Double O-Ring Ball Bearing AEG Piston Head (Advanced Type)

"Threw this into my stock LCT V3 gearbox cylinder and worked great. The double O-ring is very nice for consistent FPS and I did not find that it added too much friction once lubed up. This thing will most likely last forever assuming the O-rings are not under too much friction.

"This thing is awesome. Double o-ring design gave my DMR build incredible compression. With an m130 spring my gun is shooting 430fps with .30g bbs with this piston head. Not even kidding. Great piston head at an incredible price.

My DMR build: Custom built SL9. Matrix high-torque motor, G&P high-torque steel CNC gears, Matrix aluminum piston, Matrix aluminum ball bearing spring guide. Matrix m130 spring, ASG ultimate aluminum cylinder head, non-ported cylinder. 6.01 JBU inner barrel (509mm), Mad Bull bucking. Runs off a 7.4v lipo, motor never even warms up. Not really pertinent to the review, but I felt I should share.

For a DMR build on a budget, this piston head is perfect. It's a bit of a tight fit in the cylinder, so lube accordingly.

"The additional o-ring creates drag and causes lots of problems. It might seal it but the increased drag reduces consistency and weakens parts a TON. I'm using it right now but I removed the additional o-ring so it will run properly like a normal piston head. I would just get a different one.
