"For those saying the Front bushing won't come off--The Tokarev pistol is a little different from the 1911, you take the barrel bushing off after removing the guide and recoil spring, then you pop the plug out. You need to remove the slide assembly to do this first. You CAN do this like a typical 1911 if you really, really try, but be warned: Most likely the spring and plug will shoot out the front of the gun the second you rotate the bushing out of the way.
Alright so first off, I'm sorry, I don't play airsoft anymore. All my GBB's and GBBR's are used for short action films I make, so they never see a chrono or even a single pellet in the mag. But, after digging out some sil oil and propane, I shot it.
Yep, definitely the gun I ordered.
it's a WETech Gbb, it gets about 260-300fps. It's practically the same as the rest of them, be that their Glocks, Berettas, Hi-Power, their legendary Desert Kimber, etc.
The difference is that this is a Tokarev TT-33. When you buy a WETech, you're just buying a WETech. What it looks like on the outside has about as much importance as a gun skin in a F2P multiplayer shooter, minus barrel length in some cases.
Some are more durable than others however, and over the past five years or so WE has generally gotten less fragile, perfect for the movies I want to make. This TT is one of the nicest WETech's I've had, up there with the absolutely beautiful RE-series Samurai Edges, the Black Lagoon Sword Cutlass, and the Knighthawk 1911.
This thing is almost 1:1 the same "Black Star" pistol you see in every 80's/early 90's John Woo film. You'll want to buy two and start leaping around like Chow Yun Fat in Hard Boiled, they're so fun to hold and handle. Like a more compact, somehow thinner Russian 1911. In airsoft, I think would make a really handy sidearm, its weight and size compete very nicely with WE's commander-sized 1911's or a WETech Baby Glock if you can get your hands on one from Taiwan or Hong Kong.
If you drop a pistol mag hard, make sure to shake it around. If it sounds like something is clinking around in there, you've busted the valve seal. It'll work but gas will continuously leak until empty. Eventually, all WETech mags end up like this: pistol, SMG, rifle, etc. The MP5 mags are quite durable though.
TT-33's Mag? Real nice. Solid. The 1911 mags are absolute messes. The little stop lip at the bottom always snap off, they are thin so the valve seals are more vulnerable and eventually leak. But this mag is noticeably heavier, has no bottom lip to snap off, and is a little thicker and longer. I have very good feelings about this one.

"First off the gun looks great. It feels more durable than the src counterpart and more reliable. the grips are friction fit but they are a pain to get off. they won't fall off during average movements. could be a con but i love it.
Pros:
-good weight, not too heavy not too light
-sleek
-thinner profile than say an m9
-safety is easy to remove for the more accurate version
cons:
-bushing won't come off, could just be mine though
-tip glued on
-mag can't hold the advertised amount, stick with 10/11
overall a great gun that will hold up for a while

"So far so good. Shoots great. A couple of times the slide has gotten stuck on me, just take the magazine out and give the slide a proper whack and it will fall back into place.. Probably just needs broken in. Looks great. It's a little fatter than a real TT-33 but I can't complain. Overall a fairly good buy especially considering the price.

"OMG! This is an amazing gun. Very accurate, and easy to use.
Pros:
~very accurate
~easy to assemble and disassemble
~loud so it can scare people
~mags are very affordable
~lanyard loop on gun and mags
~full metal (upper and lower)
~has stamped serial numbers not in a straight lint to simulate hand stamped work similar to the real steel version
~has hand block to prevent slide bite
Cons:
~safety can be pressed in to safe position if you put you thumb on top of the grip when holding it but this isn't a problem
Over all this is a great pistol and will out preform the higher priced models

"WE-Tech you have outstanded me, with this amazing gun. BUY this gun, stop and buy now! First impressions, full metal construction lower and upper receiver, grip panels, are plastic. Magazine metal with lanyard loop, and magazine with lanyard loop.
Pros: Extremely accurate, something about the sites, make it easier to aim.
Full metal
Everytime you pull back the slide it shoots forwards, with a beautiful sound.
Great for left's, safety is on side of gun.
Iodized, if you touch it your fingerprint won't get on it, nor will any oil, or anything of such.
SIMPLE, this is very important!!!!!!! simple guns function well and operate as intended, this gun is very simple, no fancy sights or hammers, or weird designs.
Brought this gun to game I hit 8 people with one magazine, which hold's about 13 rounds.
Magazines are cheap, and have lanyards loops, if your a beginner like me and have jeans, great gun the mag is very thin easy fits in pocket, gun is very thin and can fit in a pocket.
RA-Tech makes a heavier slide, if you want more milsim.
Not that pricy
Magazines are cheap
Cons:
None, guns functions flawlessly,
But the safety is on left grip panel, when firing keep hand below the top receiver.

"Old boy below may be okay with the malfunction, I am not.
The slide will get stuck, not lock, get stuck, 3-4 times before you dump a mag. May need broken in, not sure.
Don't attempt to load the magazine to max, you won't be happy. I found 10 are best for reliability, even at 12 it gets picky.
Also, I have medium hands, and this pistol is pretty small (which I like for backup gun), If you have large hands, your pinky is going to want to dangle free.
The finish is great, very authentic, and i love the CCCP grip panels. The pistol looks very, very nice. I hope I can work out the mechanical flaws because I like this pistol so much, The Cytac polymer holster is great for it, I got the molle one and it's perfect.
Pros
Very, very, cool looking, comrades.
Good felt recoil
lightweight, slim
Russian AF
Cons
Slide gets stuck during cycling.
Magazines don't hold the advertised amount reliably.
it gains 3 stars in my book just for looking the part. Reliability it'll be a 1. I shouldnt have to modify a brand new GBBP just to skirmish with it. But..it is wetech.
