The major complaints about the ATP I personally have is the internal quality, blowback feel, hop up system, and low fps. I would recommend this without the kit, but the weak recoil spring sets back the performance.

Also have a weird issue when I load and unload the mag, the valve knocker pokes the nozzle releasing a small spurt of gas. This might be resolved when I switch to the steel knocker, but it is a minor flaw

"This mod is simple. Replaces the flow valve in the magazine to allow more gas to pass through. I installed this in my WE 1911 meu and Hicapa (both 5.1). Both shot at 320-330. The end result was 335-340. No leaks. I'm still getting good gas consumption because I have upgraded internals for better efficiency. (Search Angel Custom Dyna Piston head and Angel Custom Rocket Valve). Make sure you get yourself a valve key to install this. Evike sells a WE valve key. If you really want to reach the 350 mark for CQB, look for nineball rubber gasket. They give a 5-10 fps increase and fit both MEU and Hicapa mags.

Nice power increase in the slide motion.
Fps seems upped also(no chrono available).
Tried on co2 magazine, no work for me, co2 valve has different release mechanism due to higher pressure no doubt.

"One of my WE 1911 mags (15 rounds) didn't let out enough gas even though i pumped more than enough gas into it. Also when it is almost out of gas, often times it'll get stuck releasing all the gas.

"If you are looking to raise your FPS on your airsoft Gun , this is the part to buy. I replaced this valve on my WE magazine for my M9. Immediately I saw the difference in power. The blowback is a bit stronger and the fps was raised.

Definitely would recommend. The only downside is gas consumption is increased greatly.

"Oh yeah this works nicely indeed. It's probably the most important upgrade for your FNX-45 if you want to tactical it into next week with a RMR and suppressor. Gas efficiency goes out the window in return for some hard kick and increased FPS.

Only downside is that price! Sheeeeesh $24 for a valve....

"For those looking to purchase this be aware that it does not look like the picture above. The button on the valve is just like the original style valve, having a groove and is held in by an E-clip. In addition the shoulder between the pin and the large o-ring is only about 1/3 the height of what is shown(measured .060"). This at first frustrated me, because I was going to use this as a base to machine to the correct size to fit a WE Bulldog mag, however it ended up working as is. Everything else is as pictured. For anyone interested in this valve for the WE 3PX4 Bulldog Full or Compact, it is not a perfect match (the pin is about .012" shorter), but it still works well. I have already installed it in my wife's Bulldog Compact and FPS has increased about 15-20, bringing it to about 300 to 320 FPS with other adjustments and upgrades. Even with the increased flow I can still fire off about a full mag and half or so (using a nearly empty propane tank into a warm mag). I'm not sure about the listed pistols, but this is a good fit for improving the FPS of the PX4/3PX4 line of pistols (I would expect it to work with the TM versions as well seeing that the Bulldogs are TM clones).

I am giving 4 out of 5 not because of performance, but because Evike needs to provide accurate pictures and description - this valve was very different than shown in the image...

Evike please correct image and add if possible the PX4 to the list of GGB'S that this valve works with.
