"As my first airsoft gun, it is all I could have asked for. It has good recoil, large magazine capacity, good FPS and awesome Co2 usage.

Pros
-Nice Build Quality
-High Accuracy
-Good Co2 Usage
-Is a five seven
-Durable Magazines, like really durable
-Easy to strip down and adjust hopup or look at insides

Cons
-Magazines are expensive
-FPS could be a little bit higher

"Let me start off by saying this IS my first GBB Pistol, so the review is a little biased by excitement. But I received it about a week ago and have put it through rigorous testing. So far I have not been disappointed. It shoots great, feels nice, and sounds mean. The gun is a bit on the large side, comparable to the size of a 1911 in length. Don't worry though, with a slight bit of force it will fit in standard nylon fiber holsters. It's a lightweight pistol, and is a full polymer construction. But it feels durable, not like some cheap UKArms pistol that will explode if you breathe on it. I bought this over any other pistol because I wanted a unique gun that operated on CO2, because I absolutely hate green gas. It definitely seems like a good gun so far, and I put about 2,000 BBs through it already. I own one spare mag, and will say the mags are about twice the weight of the gun. I will update this or post another review if something goes wrong that I believe is not my fault. From the one star reviews I see, I think they got lemons, because mine has been great so far.

PROS:
It's an FN Five seveN
Good ammo capacity
CO2
Light, but sturdy
Reasonable sized rail on bottom
Balanced weight when loaded
Intimidating look
Gas efficient

CONS:
Expensive mags
Pretty much need .25 and above for any accuracy
Replacement parts not carried by Evike

I rate this a 9.5/10, and would definitely trust this pistol to accompany me in any game, field or CQB. Only time will tell if that was a good choice or not.

"Other than the cheap plastic safety, slide catch and slide release this gun is made of a strong, durable plastic. The iron sights are great in low light fighting, as they have a white tri-dot aiming system but be cautious of the rear sight falling off, the pin and sqrew holding it in will fall out when fired a lot without supervision, although I damaged it by over-tightening. The gun itself is at a solid 320 fps and gives a sharp, strong recoil, not uncontrollable but strong, like a real life .380 of the same size. Full metal internals, including parts that don't need to be metal but are for the heck of it. Overall, nice gun and I look forward to using it in the near future paired with my FN P-90 (I am an FN fan :))

"Amazing not full metal but it's still a really cool gun man this is awesome

"Easily my favorite sidearm. I recommend this for anyone looking for a unique sidearm or even primary if you get some extra mags. I've been using mine for about 6 months and the only problem I have is slight feeding issues (which I haven't really been having recently).

Pros

Lightweight body
High fps while still being indoor legal (atleast at my field)
CO2 (my personal preference)
Accurate
Heavy mag that is highly unlikely to break (can be a con for some)
Decent capacity
Fits perfectly in my hands (I have long fingers so the wide grip is perfect)
Nice recoil
The CO2 lasts a long time (about 4-5 mags)
Can be used either left or right handed
Some people I've gon against find it intimidating (won't be the same for everyone)

Cons

Little pricy (but worth it in my opinion)
Mag might have problems feeding
Orange tip might break off easily (mine wasn't glued on very well)
Spare mags can be a little expensive

In the end, I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a unique sidearm that can turn heads.

"I absolutely love this gun. It's insane how good it is on gas, because I can get about 5 and a half mags on average when it's about 60 degrees. The most amount I have gotten on one cartridge is 7. Also this thing is accurate. It has a range of about 150 feet so its definitely perfect for outdoors and indoors since the fps isn't super high. The only thing I have had a problem with is that the adjustable sights tend to have the screws get a little loose after about a mag, but nothing some loctite won't fix.
PROS
-Incredibly accurate
-Very efficient on gas
-Nice blowback, snappy

CONS
-Sights get loose
-Mags are a bit pricey, but well worth it

All in all, if you want a new CO2 gun then this is your best bet if you want some good range, accuracy and gas efficiency.

"Let me first start off by saying... Yes this is a plastic gun just like the real one.. Which honestly gives you a huge advantage of performance while keeping true to the real steal counter part. This gun is the best pistol I've ever owned compared to the rest of my collection. I generally use 1 co2 cartridge on good warm days and sometimes 2 on cold ones for the WHOLE DAY OF AIRSOFT ( 8 hours of Airsoft). The polymer is built very well and I don't see any exterior breaking anytime soon. Since this is a Japanese made Airsoft pistol, you never need to worry about the co2 going too high on fps. My local field has a maximum of 350 fps for pistols and it never gets too close there for sure. As well as the fact that the hop up is amazing, you get great performance out of a unique looking pistol. However, I had problems with one mag and have not yet determined the issue but the others work fine.

Pros-
-lightweight
-black hawk holster fits perfectly
-great co2 usage (getting 5 mags until co2 is running low)
-nice blow back recoil
-far range for a pistol
-unique
-trademarks
-can be used all year round due to co2 and low gas consumption system

Cons-
-Mags are heavier than gun ( can be con or pro, they fit in standard condor pistol pouches so don't worry about pouches)
-Mag maybe faulty?
-if you like metal slides, you might not like this pistol if that really concerns you... which it shouldn't

If you want a quality Airsoft pistol that give you the benefit of performance and looks, this is the pistol for you if polymer pistols don't bother you. Honestly I'm going to get the tan one, not because my black one broke but because I want a duel tone tan and black pistol and I love the five seven too much not to get the tan lower version. = 2 Five Sevens

"Very high quality build overall

"This is a fantastic sidearm. I just received it a couple weeks ago and took it out to two games since then. Everything about this gun is clean. What I mean by that is, the trades are appropriate, the coloring is nice. The whole thing is polymer just like the real thing. If you are looking for a new sidearm and want to get away from the M9's, 1911's, and G-Series pistols, then I would highly recommend this sidearm for you.

Pros:
1. Full Set of Correct Trades
2. CO2 makes this pistol very consistent at around 315 fps +/- 2
3. Japanese Hop-up system is excellent right out of the box. 3 inch grouping at 40 yards with .25 bbs
4. Gas Efficient went 4 games without having to change CO2 cartridge
5. Slide automatically re-racks itself once you put a new magazine in. (This was lifesaving to me as it racked a new bb in the chamber and saved me a few seconds mid fire fight.)
6. Very lightweight with a snappy trigger response.
7. Durable steel mags.
8. Can powerstroke
9. Very Ergonomic
10. Safety is Ambidextrous.

Cons:
1. Mags are pricey $39 a piece
2. Mags cannot fit in any pistol mag pouch (I use flashbang pouches)
3. Gun feels very lightweight and plastic like (could be pro or con)
4. Gun is a bit large framed. I'm a bigger person so it fits my hands good but could be a bit cumbersome for smaller players.
5. Not completely Ambidextrous.

Overall:
I would highly recommend this gun to all, and the cons were very very minor compared to all of the pros to this gun. Personally I think that this is the best gun I own performance wise and I own 8 sidearms in total; everything from WE to KWA. This gun easily beats my M226 PTP performance wise I think, and is more unique looking and feeling than my Socom Mk23 and CZ-P09.

"Great gun. very quick snappy slide and trigger response. Has an excellent rich feeling in the gun. Is kinda pricey with the spare mags, but you are definitely getting what you paid for

"This Five-seveN is my first actual gas-blowback pistol and I absolutely love it! It's not exactly a budget gun, considering it's price, but it is a very reliable piece of equipment. Having been forced to use a rental rifle the last time I was up at my local field, I actually ended up using my Five-seveN more than I did the rifle. It's accurate at standard pistol ranges, but just like any other handgun it starts to suffer once distance becomes a factor. With that being said, very highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique handgun!

"bes co2 pistol i have ever owned it shoots strait for about 80 meters which is better then most of my rifles fun to shoot has more kick then a .22 pistol which makes it a lot more fun to pellet people with in the long run it is worth it i have had mine 6 months now and have ran about 1000 bbs through it with no issues 10/10
by Nolan M. on 11/05/2015
"This was the first GBB pistol I owned, and I gotta say, this thing was amazing. It shot hard, accurately, and consistently. Maintenance was quite easy due to the simple field stripping procedure. I could get about 2 1/2 to 3 mags worth of shots with each co2 cartridge which means 50 to 60 shots for every 12g cartridge. One thing I have to say against it (I'm still not sure if it was my fault) was that a part of the nozzle had broken off which made the gun eventually inoperable. All in all, this gun is amazing, and I would highly recommend it to people that are looking for something to start with, something unique, or something that just kicks a**.

"Well, i was finally able to purchase this handgun and it was worth the wait. The gun itself feels great; good weight, excellent balance, good trigger, good overall feel. The biggest concern i have is that the body may feel a bit flimsy. I also have a KWA MK 23 SOCOM and the frame on that gun feels like a tank XD. The flimsiest part is indeed the thinner front part of the slide. Im not entirely sure if it will survive a fall from a holster, but i have yet to try it out in combat. The kick of this gun is quite good as well; on par with KWA, WE, APS, etc. The mag seems to be very efficient since i have been able to get around 3.5 mags worth out of a co2 cartridge. Another area of concern for me is that the bbs shoot pretty much straight up, but its nothing a hop adjustment and heavier bbs wont fix XD. Another area of concern is that the slide hangs up on the side of the chamber where the slide catch engages the slide; again, nothing a bit of lube and some wearing in wont fix XD.

To conclude, i bought this gun for 3 main reasons: 1) its a Five Seven, 2) to have an alternative to running co2 instead of green gas/propane and 3) i bought an APS ACP 601 handgun and its been unrealiable to me (mag issues). This is a definite must buy :).

PD: As is, im looking to buy an upgraded polycarbonate body so it can stand more punishment without fear of breaking; HIGHLY recomended upgrade.
